Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 900 per stay

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 1.30 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 190 per accommodation, per stay
• Towels fee: EUR 15 per person, per week
• Utility fee: EUR 14 per accommodation, per night
