Beach House-5 minutes to beach, with deck surrounding house, family friendly

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is set up with all you need for a great family or couples getaway, ideal for 2 families or 3-4 couples.
Fully equipped modern kitchen, with large oven and cook top. That essential coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and every essential crockery/cutlery items.
Extra fridge outdoors for those extra drinks or food.
A washing machine and dryer are also included.
Bedroom configuration - 3 Q/S with ceiling fans and 2 sets of bunks for the kids.
2 bathrooms including a bath/2 toilets and an outside shower to clean off that sand from having fun at the beach.
A balcony surrounds the property with a larger BBQ area where you can share meals, have a glass a wine or two with family and friends on the 2 tables with plenty of chairs for all (12) or just have a quiet coffee.
The kids will love to run around on the grassed areas, play cricket and just have some fun.
TV, DVD, Heater/Air Cond, combustion heater for cosy winter nights, games, books, CD's, deck that wraps around the house and back deck with BBQ.
Only 5 minutes walk to the stunning waters of Carrickalinga, as you are right alongside a walkway to the beach. One street back from beach.

Great place to stay

Easy, homely, beach stay

Mary’s property was a great fit for a couple of family’s to enjoy a beachside holiday. Easy access to the beach in addition to great facilities meant we had a very enjoyable and restful holiday. Mary was accessible and great to deal with overall!

Excellent beach stay

Our adult children , their partners and children stayed with us for four nights. The house was very convenient to the beach access and we spent most of everyday at the beach. When the children needed a nap it was easy to walk back and put them in their bed.

Fantastic location and space

Our annual friends trip was met with home away from home. It was a spacious property, had all we needed for a comfortable stay and a stone through from the beach. The host Mary was very responsive to questions and we were treated to an early check in and late check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended.

Great for a family getaway

We (6 adults, 2 teens and a toddler) had a great stay at the property. It is in a great location and is well equipped. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing holiday house

The location was amazing with a short walk to the beach through a pedestrian only path. The house had all the best appliances and we loved the extra treat of having the beds made. The weather was freezing, with strong winds and high waves but the children, 2x8 and 2x6, loved jumping the waves from the shore and build sand castle which unfortunately were trampled over at lunchtime. Maybe there is a by-law about not building sancastle on the beach? Thanks Mary fo a beautiful family reunion with my two children and their children. Sorry about the plastic toilet holder that did not hold very well.I thought of replacing it but it really needs something stronger to be drilled into the tiles. The coat hanger in that bathroom works perfectly well.
