Incline Village Championship Golf Coarse Retreat

This Town Home has been FULLY remodeled from top to bottom. Walkout the door with your golf clubs or your snow sleds depending on what season you are enjoying. The entry level offers the master bedroom that includes a 50" flat screen Tv, a vanity with a sink, desk if you need to get a little work done or step on to the deck and enjoy the hot tub. The bunk bed room is also located on the entry level and has a Flat Screen TV for the kids to enjoy. There is also a full bathroom with a beautiful tub and a shower. .Upstairs you will find a wide open space that includes a beautiful kitchen, cozy sofa's and a nice deck to barbecue and enjoy the Tahoe scenery. The 3rd bedroom is located on the second level has plenty of room and privacy, flat screen TV and full bathroom located near bedroom, queen bed..
Location:

You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. 2 minute drive down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East shore trail that will take you to Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can walk to the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis complex, Frisbee golf and bike park.

Great location! Exactly what we were looking for!

We took a group of friends and this place was perfect! Conveniently located to everything but still a quiet place. We walked across the street and played golf. The hot tub was enjoyed after the round. Communication was quick and helpful with the property manager, Sue. We would stay here again!

Terrific Location, Comfortable Living

It is clearly setup as a rental property but with that level of expectation, it is nicely arranged for comfort and convenience. It was easy to get in, unpack, and use all the amenities. The location of the unit was extremely convenient. The only slight downside we experienced was unusually hot weather, and without AC, we had to rely on fans running through the night. Overall a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations suited our needs. Nice view off the back decks. Really enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing. Location of property was very convenient and close to ski area and local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

The location of the condo was great, but the overall aesthetic of the complex and all the other units was a bit run-down. I should have known when there were no exterior pictures listed. The inside of the condo was very dark and the A/C did not work at all. There were no screen doors on the doors of the main floor. We could not leave the doors open too long to cool down because the bugs got in. My family was very hot and a bit uncomfortable at times. The condo was well stocked with towels and dishes. Overall the place accommodated my family size of 5 well and the location to Incline village amenities was perfect.

Fantastic!

Nice townhouse; would’ve been just fine if it were nothing more than that— clean, attractive, had everything you can think of. But we made this property great is that, unlike other town houses around it, is that it looks out over the golf course and onto the mountains. Great views, both in the back of the first floor, and back of the second floor, and especially when sitting in the hot tub!

Definitely Coming Back!

This stay is incredible. Very nice, modern, clean and the perfect amount of space. There was a beautiful view of the mountains which were gorgeously dusted with snow. The hot tub was a great plus too! The stay is right in include village which was a five minute drive to Diamond peak. We’ll definitely be comping back!

Perfect Spot for Ski Trip

This unit was rented for an annual week-long ski trip for 3 senior guys. It was a great location for skiing at Northstar, Mt. Rose, Palisades and Heavenly. With all the snow, the property was very accessible and plowed. We had a few inquiries and management was very quick to respond. The hot tub was a perfect temp. The kitchen had everything. The wifi was strong with 4 big screen TVs all with streaming options. There’s a nice view across the valley. Everything was comfortable, reclining couches, beds and dining set. We plan to go back next year.

Great location, nice place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was recently remodeled and everything looks really nice, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub was well appreciated after a day of skiing in cold weather. Overall a great place to stay for our group of 6. Only downside was the communication with the rental agency, I called 2 days before our arrival to get more information and left messages 3 times, but never received a call back. Since we were arriving on a holiday, we weren't sure if the office was even open that day, so it was a little uncomfortable to leave our house without any information. We did receive all necessary information while we were driving up, so everything worked out fine, but we would have preferred to have the information at least a day in advance.

Amazing weekend

Started the stay with easy access to the property. Easy door code entrance. Once inside the property, there was just about everything that was needed to accommodate a full weekend. All bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking and eating utensils to make cooking at home very easy. The hot tub was ready to go upon arrival, the Wi-Fi is stable and the televisions were pre-logged in for the popular streaming services. The best part about this stay is the location to everything! Grocery store, convenience store, eating establishments, pharmacy etc. We loved the easy access to Diamond Peak Ski resort and across the street from the property is a golf driving range that doubles as a sledding spot for the little ones in the winter. The property management team was very easy to get in touch with for any requests or questions. They were very helpful in letting us have a late checkout as we were leaving during a winter snow storm. My only knock on the house is some of the light bulbs used inside the house, maybe a softer glow bulb would suit that place nicely. It’s a small thing that can go a long way. Other than that, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely bookmark this location in the future for a summer stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and we look forward to doing it again!

Great spot for a ski weekend

This condo is great for a family -- plenty of room for people to spread out and also a lovely kitchen/den combo space to hang out together. Condo was clean and new. We appreciated the hot tub on the deck, the nice showers, and the electric kettle in the kitchen. Great communication with the property manager and easy check-in and check-out. No long to-do list before we could leave. The parking lot was plowed and accessible even with record-setting snow, and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Diamond Peak. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

This place worked great for our adult + teen family of 6. The only bummer was that the hot tub was only accessible via the master bedroom. Not sure if we could have gotten to it by walking around the house as the snow was too deep. It wasn’t clear where our parking spaces were but we didn’t run into any trouble parking in front of other units.

Perfect location for our family stay in Incline. Minutes away from skiing, restaurants, bowling, grocery store, beaches. And perfect sledding hill or the kids walkable and viewable just across the street.
