Holiday Home in Natural Park of Calblanque
The house is located in the heart of the Natural Park of Calblanque, in the town or place of Cobaticas. The beaches of the park are about 15 minutes walk and 5 by car or bus from the house. The access to the Park is through a road that alternates stretches of land and asphalt. Although Cobaticas does not have any commerce or service, the town of Los Belones is 5 minutes by car and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away.
In summer the entrance of motor vehicles is restricted for the visitor, the guests as well as the inhabitants will have a car pass to enter the Park and be able to reach one of the Parkings near the beaches as well as bus passes. To use these passes guests will have to make a declaration of responsibility of good use of the same, a declaration that is also mandatory for all residents.
The house and its situation is especially indicated for people who enjoy and respect the nature and the environment of both the countryside and the beach of a Natural Park. The guest can enjoy hiking, biking and horseback riding. A few minutes away, in the Mar Menor and in Cabo de Palos there is a wide range of maritime sports; Diving sail, Kayak, etc
The exceptional location of the house makes it have some peculiarities. As the water network does not reach the population, the supply is through the water company's tanks that are distributed in the tanks or cisterns of each house for their supply; due to this the water pressure in the house is variable but sufficient to cover all the basic cleaning and cleaning needs, being classified as potable by the company that provides it. Due to its isolation the television signal arrives well sometimes and sometimes not, depending on meteorological factors. For the same reasons both the coverage and the Internet signal are only taken in some points of the house. The television has HDMI input to connect the computer. It does not have usb entry.
The house consists of living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and patio and has television, washing machine, refrigerator, three burner stove, small oven, microwave, toaster, saucepans, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Bed linen and towels are included.
