Have stayed here 5 times. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Food is good. This time the room was very poor, needs updating badly. Was not very clean, the furniture, kitchen area and walls and floor were in tough shape. Bar stools looked like they would collapse. Had a problem with the toilet leaking. Room had an unpleasant smell. Just not the same as previous stays which were great. Get tired of the vendors out on the beach.

Hotel Dann is located at a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and the view was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was delicious and different every day, natural juices, great omelettes, even chicken soup in the morning for the hangover. I highly recommend Hotel Dann.

This is a great hotel, if you don’t want to stay at the larger American chain hotels. It does need a few minor updates but the staff, the cleanliness and breakfast makeup for the outdated decor. I would come back here. I felt safe and attended to.

Overall it was a great trip. If I could rate higher than 5, I would. The staff of all. From housekeepers to the wait staff, reception, management and bartenders, especially Juan. All great people. Excellent service.
