This is the second time returning to the hotel and once again it has been an amazing time. The staff are so attentive and friendly. Theres always a taxi available outside the hotel and many options for food are the area. I will definitely be back.

Having a nice size pool that is only feet from the beach let's you enjoy the best of both. The included buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options within a short walk and a very short car ride to the walled city. I went with my wife and two teenage kids and would definitely stay there again.

Medicare at best

No hot water in shower. No elevator access to my room. I had to walk up three flights of stairs. Room was dated but clean. Decent WiFi. Small TV. Comfortable bed, however, without blanket or comforter. No coffee or tea in room. Restaurant will not allow meals to be charged to one’s room. Other than security and concierge, staff was reserved and not particularly friendly.

The property was clean room was good. Pool was good and we saw them cleaning pool every morning before it was opened to guest which is great. Did not like the shower. It was a bit too small and then the shower door opened inwards so there was not alot of space to get out once in shower..Breakfast options were also limited. Staff was very pleasant though.

The property is well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and kind. Also, the food at the restaurant and the breakfast is amazing. However, the stairs presented a challenge after an accident in Cartagena. There are stairs leading to the elevator and from the elevator to the room. The hotel lacks accommodation for individuals facing mobility issues.

Dream stay on the beach

The location is the beach was excellent. The pool area was very clean and perfect temperature. Reminded me of a Palm Springs pool area. Food was great! They gave us the best room in the hotel! Amazing view of the ocean and city. And the costs was three times less expensive than our other hotel in the city.
