This condominium has fast fiber optic internet, and daily private chef/ cleaning services. The building is guest friendly and zoned for hotel use in Crespo, one of the safest neighborhoods in Cartagena.
The condo features a Rooftop Pool with sea view and aerial view of airport. There are 3 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, and 3 Full size beds. A total of 5 Bathrooms including HOT WATER.
Perfect for families, groups, business travelers, remote workers, or any visitor with short term stays and extended/modified travel plans.
There is a total of 7 Bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the entire floor of a new apartment building between both condos.
You and your guests have private access to the entire 5th floor. Both condos share the same floor and are across the hall from each other. There are only 2 condos on each floor and the building has 7 total floors with the pool on the rooftop.
This spacious condominium has fast Fiber Optic Internet with Netflix and Disney+ in all rooms and is WiFi Intelligent with all SAMSUNG appliances and electronics.
This property allows guests and visitors. Visitors are permitted access anytime of the day or night with government ID.
We remind all our guests and visitors to remember that there are families and children who live in the building. We ask that all visitors dress properly enter the building and remain respectful of all residents.
