Nice new hotel. Lovely rooms and comfy bed. Hotel staff very friendly but we arrived for 3pm check in and didn't get a room until 430pm. The pool is awesome.

I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel and its amenities are soo pretty. The food is amazing at the restaurant. 1 block away is the pretty block with the umbrellas. Most restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. Staff is so friendly here. This was a 10x better stay than when i stayed at the hilton by the lake. I would stay here everytime i go to cartagena.

If you’re visiting Cartagena, this hotel is fantastic! The location is awesome, the food at the hotel is great (truffle pizza, chefs kiss), and overall just an amazing property!! Highly recommend!!!

Staff was nice except the second night where pretty much ruined everything, came back late at night with a group of friends and the security guy assumed one of our friends was an escort. Very disrespected and he didn’t even apologize. Hotel was fine with no room for games or anything. We were supposed to be picked by the hotel at the airport and never happened & they were trying to charge us until check-out for a service that never happened.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, la gente amable, el desayuno muy bueno, las habitaciones cómodas, pero sin mucho lugar para poner ropa ni veladores. Con dos piscinas, pero en el primer piso se va temprano el sol para quienes lo quieren y la de arriba nos toco cerrada el día de sol de nuestra estadía por un evento privado en la noche. No entendimos porque subí varias veces y no había nadie y el evento fue en la noche… Fueron muy amables en todo, pero tuvimos un problema con un tour que reservamos a través de ellos y creo no tienen la experiencia suficiente porque lo pasamos muy mal y nos costó caro. Nos regalaron el transfer de vuelta y mil disculpas, pero no suficiente para lo que pasamos.

the hotel is located in the heart of the city in Getsemaní, walkable everywhere. The staff is friendly and always happy to help, thanks to Katherine, Rene, Adonis, Joanna, Laury and so... the place is beautiful. The city amazing. Just take care with local people trying to sell tours to Islands or places. We had the worst experience although we ask help from the hotel.

Una terrible DISCRIMINATION con la propia gente de la ciudad!!!.. Invite a mi amiga cartagenera a desayunar conmigo al hotel, ordenamos juntas, veíamos que nuestro pedido no llegaba y que aquellos que llegaron de último ya estaban comiendo, nos acercamos en varias ocasiones a los meseros preguntándoles qué pasaba con nuestro pedido, no nos daban una respuesta clara. lAl rato, solo me traen mi pedido…y el de mi amiga no.. le dicen en su cara que ella no es huésped para desayunar allí!..que??!!!.. es un restaurante para el público?!..como se le llama a esto, ignorancia O envidia?!. El no haber despachado la orden de mi amiga, como si se tratara de una miserable que no puede pagarse un simple desayuno, o cuando podían habérmelo cargado a la cuenta de mi cuarto?!…le hicieron pasar el peor rato a mi amiga, le sacaron lágrimas, se sintió humillada por la misma gente de su ciudad!!!..me di cuenta también que los meseros había que llamarlos para que te atendieran, no se dirigían a la gente local para nada!!!…

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, everyone was kind, helpful, and attentive. The bed was deliciously comfortable, we slept like babies every night! The amenities were top notch, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was both relaxing and elegant. It truly felt like a home away from home. We're already planning our next visit. Cartagena has our hearts, and this hotel is a big part of why. Can't wait to come back!
