I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. The staff was amazing — very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and the views were absolutely incredible, especially during the morning and evening. It really created the perfect atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the trip. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

My stay at OZ Hotel Collection was absolutely excellent. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of from check-in to check-out. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. My room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly which is a must in Cartagena’s heat. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, the beach, and everything I wanted to explore while still feeling calm and secure. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious with plenty of options, which made starting my day easy and enjoyable. I also loved the rooftop area it was a beautiful space to relax and take in the views. Another highlight was how smoothly they arranged my airport transportation. As a solo traveler, that level of organization and care made my departure stress-free and seamless. What stood out the most was the customer service. Every interaction felt genuine and attentive, and they truly made my solo trip feel comfortable and safe. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cartagena especially solo travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, great service, and peace of mind.

While in Cartengena Colombia, the Oz Hotel Collection is a MUST stay. The staff members provided excellent service throughout every step. The cleanliness and attention to details is what sets OHC apart from other hotels. And finally, the security protection for their guest. There are patrol officers outside the hotel, security cameras stationed on each floor visible to monitor each suite, while the room key card permits access only to floors that you are permitted (suite, oil, and/or restaurant). Staying at the OCH was a true pleasure.
