Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The lady robbed our money. Never answered the phone and when we got there she told one of the locals that we don't have reservation. I felt so bad, stressed out about a place to sleep. I can't believe how Expedia.ca make businesses with this kind of people.
