This charming rural house in CĂĄrtama is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, offering defined spaces to enjoy with family, with careful decoration and centralised air conditioning for your comfort. Its spacious swimming pool with artificial grass, sun loungers and fixed umbrellas invites relaxation and fun, including a slide for children over 10 years old that guarantees moments of entertainment. Access to the pool is done from the outside, going out through the main door to the back, maintaining the privacy and security of the accommodation.
The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the CĂĄrtama-Campillos motorway, facilitating access to MĂĄlaga, Antequera, Torremolinos and other points in the province. The access road includes a small unpaved section. Upon arrival, you will have covered parking with shade and an illuminated landscaped area that leads to a pergola with a barbecue for preparing outdoor meals; the wood-fired oven seen in the photos is not enabled for use. Additionally, next to the barbecue there is outdoor furniture to enjoy lunches in the shade, with night lighting and direct view of the children's area, ideal for easily monitoring the little ones.
The interior offers a spacious and bright living-dining room, perfect for family gatherings, with a fireplace for cold seasons and television for entertainment. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, as well as a complete kitchen and table set with resin, ideal for outdoor use or for children.
The three bedrooms have exterior windows, sufficient storage and centralized air conditioning (single system for the entire accommodation). Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a triple bunk bed, with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, accessible and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower tray and is located in the common area for easy access.
The rural house has free wifi connection and is tastefully furnished in its 90 mÂČ, with views of the mountain and garden. Perfect for families looking to disconnect in a rural setting with all modern amenities. Among the services stand out central heating, mosquito nets in all rooms, safe children's area and private swimming pool.
