The BREAKFAST had a lot to be desired. Had eggs and tater tots but no meat. Brown sugar was rock hard. Coffee and Tea were on the other side of the lobby not very convenient for breakfast crowd. Only a couple slices of bread and a few bagels available.

First the positive...The staff was friendly and accommodating. But then they lost my reservation. Eventually found it. Gave me a room. Promised me a discounted rate for the trouble then didn't honor it. It was only after I read the bill did they make the change. They basically hoped I wouldn't see it. Ice machine never worked. Tiny pool. No jacuzzi. No bar. Limited breakfast food and space. Way overpriced. And BTW, it's now a Best Western. Not Country Inn. I'll never stay there again

Next door to us there were loud people who were smoking pot.
Hotel is currently under renovation and only our room was up to par.

The hotel was easy to get to, and situated conveniently to many features in Kennisaw.
1) The front half of the hotel parking lot could use a bit more lighting.
2) The lady that was on duty at the front desk when we checked in had her family staying with her in the lobby. Several children and other adults. My checking went smoothly, without any issues. The children greeted us with hellos and smiles. (the lady working was professional, but not personable)
3) My room was located on the 4th floor. The elevator was clean and never took very long. The hallway was clean and smelled fresh.
4) The room was as described on the website and was clean and smelled good/fresh. No lingering odors from previous guests. The bedding was clean and fresh. The pillows were amazing, however the beds were *very* hard/stiff. WiFi was adequate and worked fine for streaming video, checking the web, etc. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with everything. The only 'problem' with the room was to engage the deadbolt, you had to lift up on the handle of the door, as the door was not quite squared properly. Also, we were there for seven days, and we had to keep going back down to have the room key cards re-keyed to unlock the door. The staff could not understand why that kept happening with our particular room, but did note it for maintenance to check.
5) The cleaning staff were courteous and always pleasant to talk to.
6) The other front desk staff that we interacted with always greeted us.
