Yard looked unkept compared to the rest of the neighborhood. The backyard was bad. Old rags everywhere. All the chairs were broken except for one. The grill was disgusting, rusty and dirty. Kitchen countertops weren’t clean when we got there. There was crusted food on the dishes in the cabinets, so I took everything out and put them in the dishwasher.A suggestion, you might want to have a serious discussion with your cleaning service.There was plenty of room to spread out and the neighborhood was very friendly and safe.

It was not as clean as expectations. Tables have not been wiped cupboard doors had not been wiped broken hangers, laying on the floor in the closet. The garage was not usable for two vehicles. It was so full of household debris.

Okay, but needs a good cleaning

This was our first vrbo experience and it was a bit of a disappointment. The house was large and fine for our group of six.There were a couple issues though.About half the light switches did not work.The biggest complaint though was the cleanliness of the home.The tile floors had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while.That was clear from the bottim of our white socks.If the owner is paying a cleaning service, he is not getting his money's worth.Although the price was right, we will probably not be back.

Spacious home for family gathering

The property let 8 of our family stay together for our Christmas celebration. There was plenty of room. We cooked our turkey and all the fixings. We could have used some larger serving bowls but made do with what was supplied. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms

Good for Family

Huge place — even for four people. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very comfy. Amazing old car junk yard just outside of neighborhood should not be missed. We left our trunk open and one suitcase in the driveway upon arrival and neighbor came by to let us know. Host very responsive.

Nice 4 bedroom, 2 bath that needs some improvements.

We loved the size and location of this home, pleasant quiet neighborhood. There are a few things that need correcting to receive a 5 star rating from us.....allow renter to control thermostat, provide a more user friendly TV that includes local channels not just Roku streaming. General cleanliness needs improvement. Refrigerator ice maker was not working. Also there was a sewer odor in both bathrooms. It would be nice to have literature provided on local areas of attraction, restaurants, etc. All of these concerns were communicated to the property owner as well.
