1) the air conditioning was not turned on, we were advised to open the window for the cool air. The room was too warm to keep the windows closed. With the window open, mosquitoes were flying, the noise of the trains and trams were loud, the smell of food and grease was emanating into the room. 2) the final charge did not match the booking. Even though it was a small difference of 5 dirham, I did not appreciate the discrepancy and lack of attempt from the front desk to explain the breakdown to me. They just dismissed it as that was what is on their computer. 3) the breakfast according to the booklet in the room was supposed to start at 4am to 12pm. But when we came down at 6:30am we were told breakfast starts at 7am. When we did finally came down at 7:05am half the food was still not ready. We had to catch a train and barely was able to enjoy breakfast before having to rush to the train station. When this was brought up with the front desk, again they dismissed it and said that there was coffee and croissants available prior to 7am but we know that is not true, because at 6:30am the lights were not on in the dining room and there were no croissants there.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I requested an extra towel, the receptionist spoke to me as if I was going to steal it, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no internet connection on the TV, the mattress topper had not been changed, and there was a lot of dust in the room. Additionally, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 AM even though checkout is at noon. Overall, I felt that I was treated differently based on my appearance or perceived wealth, and this was very upsetting. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Perfect location. You come out of South Gate and walk 2 minutes to the hotel. I made a mistake by exiting through north gate of the terminal and paid taxi DH 40 for no reason. My room was bit small, but they do have options for bigger room, no fridge in my room, bigger rooms may have one, check with reception. There was also no locker in my room, but reception desk has one where I deposited my passport. There is tram T1 right across that takes you to old Medina and you have connections from there to other places. Tram T1 cost me DH 8 each way per person.
