After long train journey from Marakesh and arriving 1 hour after checking time i was made to wait another 1 hour before i could check in. The staff didnt seem to care. After finally being given a room there was no towels, the blinds were broken and tv had to be switched off at the mains. I called receptionist 3 time waiting for 1 hour for towels to be delivered. The hotel service was terrible.

It’s a budget hotel, I get that. But the bedsheets were itchy, no kettle or coffee in the room - these are basic. The only option for drinking water is to buy bottles from the vending machine so we couldn’t get room temperature water.

A Hotel without Towels!!

Upon check-in we were told there were no towels but they would be delivered to our room in an hour. After making 3 separate calls to the front desk over the next 5 hours, the receptionist told us,"We do not have any towels!!" So it'll come as no surprise that there were no towels ever delivered to our room!! We used clean pillow shams that we grabbed out of the laundry room for towels. There was no soap in the shower dispenser! Pathetic!! Attention to detail is near zero. I would advise staying elsewhere...

Poor training

Appalling check-in: 40 minutes. Staff need basic training in how to locate a booking made via hotels . com. Incorrect door key cards issued : Reception staff don’t know how to program door keys, and will hand you one that is (a) not programmed correctly and (b) labelled illegibly, with a room number scribbled carelessly. Security Housekeeping staff suggested “If your door key doesn’t work, just ask me and I will open the door”. Housekeeping should instead direct guests to reception.

I just want to say thanks to the receptionist male ( Badr) this gentleman was amazing in his servis, very polite, caring, trying the best to help and sorting any request of the customers, also the man who delivering the staff evening forgot his name, I must say that all males gentelmen woh working in that hotel are very helpfull and doing the best, but unfortunately females are not on that level of providing service such in dealing with customers or dealing with customers requeste, especially those females on reception are not very helpfull. Cleaners are wonderfull I am very happy with their work. Heating was not very good cold rooms Iheard SAME from another customers. SINKS blocked most the time..

Very well located as it is right next door to the Tachfine shopping centre Just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful casa voyageur train station A safe walk but busy street The Hotel is a bit noisy especially in the day time Their laundry machines are on the third floor so you can hear them and when the cleaning staff change the bed sheets they move the beds with a screech However the staff were all very pleasant A good breakfast too

It’s a bang average hotel. I only stayed one night as I needed somewhere close by to the airport and fairly cheap. The rooms were clean, but very basic. The taxi from hotel to airport was only 300 dhs. Overall, can’t complain but wouldn’t stay longer than a day. Right next door, there is a shopping centre, it has a great choice of places to eat and a supermarket.

I checked in around 9pm, I went to the room to find out there was no remote for the TV, I called them and brought me a remote, then I found the TV was not working, then they brought me a TV from a different room. The floor of the room was dirty and even inside the hotel. I went to brush my teeth to find that the sink was blocked but at that point, I gave up because it was already late and I was staying for one night only.

Our stay at Relax Casa Voyageurs was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the first room we were given was unclean, with dust visible throughout and brown stains in the bathroom sink. We requested a cleaner room, and while the staff accommodated our request, the real disappointment came during breakfast on our second day. The hotel appeared to be understaffed, with only two people catering to approximately 50 guests during breakfast service. It was chaos!—there were no clean tables available, and the buffet was entirely empty. It was a frustrating experience, as there was simply nothing to eat. When I brought my concerns to the reception and asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager only arrives at 10 a.m., leaving the hotel essentially unmanaged during that time. I had chosen this hotel based on its high ratings, many of which were 10/10, but my experience did not align with these glowing reviews, raising questions about their authenticity. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its location within a complex that includes a small mall with some decent shops. However, this is not enough to compensate for the poor experience we had. Based on my stay, I cannot recommend Relax Casa Hotel Voyageurs to other travelers.

Convenient and Lovely stay!

Great place to stay as it’s located next to Tachfine mall. Taxis were easy to get. Food court was in the mall if you didn’t want to go far for a meal as well as for atm needs.
