Covid-19 - As we begin to welcome back guests we want to assure you we have adopted the most stringent cleanliness protocols., DETAILS BELOW.
This gorgeous 2 bedroom sea view Penthouse apartment is ideal for couples, golfers and families and has everything you need for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of the Costa del sol. Relax on the massive private 80 M south/ southwest facing penthouse and enjoy stunning uninterrupted views of the sea, tropical gardens and Sierra Bermeja mountains. It's less than 15 minutes walk to the beach, 300 metres from the nearest restaurant and bar, 10 minutes to Estepona and 25/ 30 minutes to Puerto Banus & Marbella by car.
There are ample bars and restaurants, with Bua Garden and Bahia de Casares a short 300 and 700 Metre stroll, or for a more luxurious experience the 5 star Finca Courtesin hotel is less than 800 Metres away and has 4 highly regarded restaurants, one Michelin Star. There are an abundance of chiringuitos and restaurants along the beach and in Sabinillas and Puerto Duquesa a 35 minute walk away or a 2-5 minute drive.
Relax on the lower terrace which is ideal for breakfast and watching the beautiful sunrises, or chill on the massive penthouse with more stunning views from sunrise to sunset, the perfect place for sundowners! There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a shower room, kitchen and lounge/ dining room. There is hot and cold air conditioning and free fibre optic WIFI and Alexa blue tooth speaker.
The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard, with brand new beds and leather sofas, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle & toaster and we can provide a high chair and travel cot on request.
The master bedroom has as a super-king bed, with an en-suite with a bath and shower., there is also double fitted wardrobes.
The 2nd bedroom has as two single beds and plenty of storage in the double fitted wardrobes
There is a further toilet with a walk in shower.
The spacious lounge & dining area, is equipped with a 50 inch Smart TV, with all major UK TV channels, along with Spanish, French and German TV, there is DVD player and Alexa blue tooth speaker.
On the Private roof terrace there is a Dining table for 6 and 4 sun loungers as well as a barbecue and sofas.
Set in lush manicured gardens (no need to buy limes, just pick one!) The complex is gated with key fob access and 24 hour security and has two easily accessible adult swimming pools and one kids, with grass parasols and ample sun-beds.

To Minimise any transfer of virus we have three days minimum between guests and enhanced cleaning as follows-
âą We use disinfectants approved by global health agencies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19
âą We wear protective equipment, like a mask and gloves, while cleaning
âą Each room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised following extensive cleaning checklists. All high-touch surfaces have been sanitised, such as doorknobs, cabinets and light switches
âą We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay and we have ample soap and disposable cloths.
Unfortunately due to the restrictions we cannot provide a welcome pack of any sort nor have the basic supplies of water, condiments etc that we would normally provide. Bedding and soft furnishings may vary from pictures shown but will still of the same great quality.

The 'Service Fee' that you see when booking goes wholly to Homeaway.
