It has been completely restored and converted into a holiday home, with private swimming pool, and a completely fenced garden: a very romantic and poetic place to spend your holiday!
This holiday home is provided with every kind of comfort and it is the ideal choice for families looking for privacy but also the convenience of the vicinity to shops and restaurants located only 700 m from home. The house disposes of a private garden of about 300 sqm, set in terraces and completely fenced (wire netting 1,50 mt high) and enriched with aromatic plants, roses, rosemary and ancient agricultural tools located in the garden apparently randomly but each of one with a own sense. Wonderful gazebo with table, chairs, wicker chairs, traditional brick barbeque, table tennis. In the garden some steps lead to the underlying terrace where a private heated swimming pool in the shape of a lake ( 5,2 x 2,5 m deep 1,40 m, heated) equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas, external shower and magnificent panoramic views onto the surrounding hills.

Guests will be able to visit Laiatico ( 30km) with its “silence theatre” ( teatro del silenzio) where the famous singer Bocelli sings, Terricciola 15 km well-known for its good wine, Volterra about 43 km away, Florence 70 km, Pisa only 30 km, the sea of Castiglioncello 35 km away, or to plan relaxing strolls until the heart of the village Lari with its beautiful medieval castle often hosting art and poetry exhibitions.
