The Space:
This cabin was NOT HARMED from hurricane Helene and is fully functioning with power, internet, water etc. We are honoring all existing reservations and inviting guests for new reservations. We would love to host your visit or provide a place for you to stay if you have been displaced from your home.

This charming vacation cabin offers a cozy retreat for up to six guests, featuring two bedrooms with three comfortable beds and two inviting bathrooms.

The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the spacious living room beckons you to relax and unwind. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs and cable, ensuring entertainment options for everyone.

Take a leisurely stroll to Fairfield Lake or explore the nearby restaurants and shops. The resort boasts an impressive array of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, zip lines, tennis courts, and even summer tubing. * 1 Bedroom with 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub for 2 and streaming TV
* Generous sized living room with seating for 7 guests and gas fireplace

* 70 inch Smart TV ready for your streaming services - Also equipped with a X Box One
* Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove

* Equipped with Keurig coffee maker and drip style coffee maker (You will need to supply your own coffee)
* Separate dining room with seating for 6
* Large rear deck overlooking the forest (We often get to see bears!)
* Dedicated parking for 2 vehicles
* High speed WiFi & dedicated workspace (Perfect for work from home - 300 MBS Internet)
* There is space if you'd like to set up an air mattress for 1-2 additional guests

Stairs:
This cabin is all on 1 single level. There are no stairs inside the cabin but there are 9 stairs leading from the parking lot to the front door of this cabin.

This cabin has central air and heat.

This cabin is dog friendly and accepts up to 1 well-mannered dog.

This cabin is located just 3.5 miles from Cashiers NC where you find additional shopping, dining and activities for the whole family. Here, you'll find the famous Silver Run Falls and the Sliding Rock where your whole family can slide down a natural waterslide made by the river.

Discover the delightful culinary scene of Cashiers, a charming small town that packs a punch when it comes to dining options. With its inviting outdoor patios, cozy pubs, and cozy cafes, this town is a haven for food lovers. Whether you prefer to sit down and enjoy your meal or grab a quick bite to go, Cashiers has you covered with a delectable array of options. Sink your teeth into mouthwatering BBQ, savory pizza, zesty Mexican cuisine, classic American dishes, and much more. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Cashiers Farmers Market offers a wonderful selection of picnic delights that you can take along on your hiking and waterfall adventures. Don't forget to treat yourself to the finest regional craft beers, with Whiteside Brewing Co being a must-visit spot. This local hangout is proud to be part of the esteemed Jackson County Ale Trail, which also features other exceptional breweries in Sylva and Dillsboro.

Drive the nearby I-26 Scenic highway.

* This is the only interstate section in the state to be selected as a scenic byway. Begins on I-26 at Exit 9 at Mars Hill. As you travel north, there is a scenic overlook offering views of the Blue Ridge Parkway. A second scenic overlook will be on the return route, where the NC Welcome Center is located. The highest point is Sam’s Gap (3,760 feet), where the Appalachian Trail crosses under the highway. Exit at Flag Pond in Tennessee and make a u-turn to return.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount:
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

Guests will have full private access to this cabin.

This cabin is located within the Sapphire Valley and is just 1 mile from the Sapphire Valley Resort which features a wide array of amenities that are available at a reasonable additional charge.

Other Things to Note:
This property is a villa style cabin.

Sapphire Valley Resort amenities are available for a small fee. Guests need the owner name and rental address to pick up passes at the community center in the resort. Resort entrance is less than 1 mile away. The price is $5 per day per guest.

The lake with beach in this community is a short walk from this cabin.

Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
