I apologize that our pool was not operational for your stay! The pump burned up on it and we are waiting for a new one to be delivered.

We stayed one night while we were on a road trip to the Seattle area. The hotel met our needs for our stay. The pool and the breakfast options were nice. The room was clean. I wanted to use the workout area, however, it was a very small area (closet-like) and I didn't feel comfortable with the area.

The property felt dirty and uncared for. The pool and hot tub appeared murky, there was a broken ice machine with a note stating please use new machine, why not remove broken machine? At breakfast,no staff seen at desk for about an hour

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Let me apologize that your stay was not satisfactory. The ice machine has to be hauled out with a truck with a liftgate and we are working out the logistics with that. At our property, the front desk staff is responsible for working on hotel laundry and other tasks and that is why there is not constant presence at the desk. Thank you!
