Poor hospitality

The key cards didn’t work on the outside doors. The receptionist acted like big deal. I walked around the entire building. Not easy as a handicap person. Morning staff much friendlier. The late afternoon person was JUST doing her job! Didn’t feel welcomed at all

McDonald's right next door but no healthy options like salads. Hotel irritated that reservation made thru Expedia, so my only comment is so making that an option for people if your are going to make everything difficult at check-in. My room was "rebooked" at the site as a dog room which means by the door, by the I've machine, with the filthy bathtub I guess because that's what we got. I didn't travel with a pet. I travel with a dog that is medically necessary for my seizures and I made that clear at the desk. They wanted to know what she would alert the staff to? Nothing she sheets me so I sit down and get low before I have a seizure or she sheets my husband. I not sure that was pleasing to desk clerk staff. And why don't I get privilege points? That sounds like someone who can't/won't do their job.

Nice stay

The room was clean and so was the lobby. The breakfast was tasty. The only thing I would change is that the bed was a little high and the pillows were too soft.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have celiac disease and they went over GF options for breakfast without me even telling them. Breakfast was great and lots of options. Facility was a little dated but it was still clean and worked well.
