The staff was really nice. Especially Shirley in the breakfast buffet. The night bartender/server in Spirits left a lot to be desired. Mixed up the order, took forever. But the food was good, the decor in the lobby and restaurant was fabulous! We would stay again.

The room's heater didn't work. We couldn't get the "interior" room above 67 degrees (in the middle of winter). They said the hotel was full, so they couldn't move us to another room (with heat). The only thing they offered was extra blankets.

When I arrived for check in, there was no one at the front desk. I could see the person in the office, but she ignored me for several minutes. After she finally checked me in she offered no other information. I had to ask maintenance staff where our room was. Our room contained no information about the hotel, no TV guide and no Kleenex. We also couldn’t get the room cooled to a suitable temperature.

Room was very nice. Avocado bacon grilled cheese ordered in the bar was huge and delicious. (Enough for next day) Unfortunately our check in was less than pleasant. I checked the pet rate when booking on Hotels.com. It was $20. At the hotel I was informed their price was $50 and manager would not honor my booking price. I was able to get this resolved by contacting the Regional manager but overall front of desk personnel in the evening not pleasant.
