Dave's house is a 140 square meter family house with a small garden at the entrance and a garage for one car. Everything is complete, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, fridge, living room with 46 "LED TV and satellite channels, two bedrooms, a bathroom. The furnishings are modern design and of high value such as the aluminum and glass doors of Rimadesio, Artemide lights etc ...
The entrance to the house is the ground floor with 3 steps to the entrance. From the garage, which is behind the main entrance, you enter the house through the garage door and a spiral staircase. The house is equipped with a fireplace that can be used with two care. The double bed has a size of 180x200 cm.
