PATRIZIA RESIDENCE - TRAPANI AREA

The Patrizia Residence is situated in Castellammare del Golfo. The town in the summer months is busy and there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Boat excursions around the peninsula will allow you to see the national park of Lo Zingaro and the hilltop town of Scopello from the sea.

The owners live on the premises (on the first floor of the building) and can assist you at any time. The owners do not use the swimming pool.

The villa consists of three apartments with independent entrances that share the garden and the swimming pool (10 x 4.5m; depth 1.4m; open April to October). There is also a sunbathing terrace, an external shower and barbecue.

GRANDE APARTMENT (Sleeps 6/7)
The apartment is accessed via an external staircase that leads to the second floor. The living room is spacious and bright. Next to it, there is a rustic style kitchen (oven gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer). This room is bright and welcoming due to the use of warm colours and the large windows. From the kitchen, it is possible to access the outside veranda with beautiful sea views where you can have breakfast or dine 'al fresco'.

The sleeping area offers one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, and two twin bedrooms. There is a further bathroom with shower and tub. It is possible to add one extra bed in the living room.

This apartment has air conditioning in each bedroom, living room and kitchen.

Facilities: Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (bedrooms, living room and kitchen), shared washing machine. Any day arrival possible.

PICCOLO APARTMENT (Sleeps 3/4)
This is a ground floor apartment which is located a few steps away from the Grande Apartment. Access to the apartment is from a large open plan living room with well-equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer), TV and air conditioning.

The sleeping area offers one double bedroom with queen size bed and a second bedroom with a single bed (no windows in this room). There is a bathroom with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

The pleasant veranda surrounded by trees is a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy a breakfast.

Facilities: Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, shared washing machine, bed linen, towels. Any day arrival possible.

MELO APARTMENT (sleeps 2)
Melo (30 sqm2) is a studio apartment which opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool. The house consists of a studio room with a living/sleeping area (with double sofa bed), a dining area (with table seating two) and a well-equipped kitchenette. Next to the sleeping area, there is one bathroom (with shower).

Facilities: Air conditioning (kitchen and bedroom), Internet Wi-Fi, TV (not satellite), Washing machine (shared with another villa), Kettle, Coffee machine, Toaster, Hairdryer, Outdoor dining, Parking.

PLEASE NOTE: The water is rich in limestone, and we recommend that for drinking purposes you are using bottled water only. The water at this property can be used for washing and cooking, but not drinking.
