Naturally, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, which can also be switched to heating mode.To ensure the house can be used year-round, it also has oil central heating.
The 900 m² plot is fully fenced and divided into different terrace and garden areas. In front of the house there is space to safely park 2 cars. Next to a beautifully landscaped garden with an old olive tree, there is a small terrace with seating and an electric awning, perfect for enjoying the sunset or mountain views. From the living-dining room, as well as from the two large bedrooms, you can access the spacious pool terrace. In a sheltered area right outside the living room, there is a large seating area for 10 people with an electric awning, ideal for dining outdoors.The pool terrace and the large saltwater pool are in the sun all day long, and there are plenty of sun loungers around the pool.
A few steps down you’ll find another well-kept garden area with large lemon trees, leading to a built, covered pavilion with a seating area for 6 people and a stainless-steel charcoal barbecue.

There is enough space here for a travel cot.
