Lack of Communication

The hotel itself isn’t too bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to customer communication. I booked this hotel because they advertised parking spaces, but later realized there may not be enough available to guarantee a spot. I reached out via message asking to be charged for parking upfront, but unfortunately, I never received a response. When I arrived, the parking was full, and I had to drive around the city for quite some time to find a spot. Better communication and transparency about parking availability would have made this experience much smoother.

Great option

Always stay there when i am in castellon. Hotel is nice and service great. The only negative point is that the room entry card seems to get demagnetized fairly easily. Underground parking is very conevnient too even for a big car. Will stay there again.

The lobby is the nicest part about the hotel. One of the reasons we picked this hotel because it advertises parking. When we checked in we were told parking is not available. We parked on the street, and someone hit our car. Our room was next to the office and in front of the lobby. The phone started ringing there at 6AM which woke everyone up in the room. Room is clean, but outdated, AC took awhile to cool the room.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, made it easy to check in. The room was absolutely perfect, air con was a life saver! The pool and terrace is exactly what you could ask for. The breakfast buffet was lovely - if I was picky I’d say there could be a couple more options. Overall fantastic stay, muchas gracias!

A shoutout to Omar at reception who 's courteous and put an extra effort to accomodate the king size bed room to us. The hotel lobby is very nice, clean, breakfast is ok. The bedroom though requires a huge effort to renovate and cleaning. The hairdryer is falling apart,, there are mosquitos in the bedroom. Parking on site is full, but seems there are others on the same street, we got referred to Valencia parking, which we don't know why, and it is terrible. Overall, 1 night is ok
