Ancient farmhouse with adjoining barn situated on a large and renowned farming estate producing excellent wine and olive oil. This property has been carefully restored and turned into 6 comfortable apartments, all of which offering nice interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antiques. The location, among vineyards and olive groves is peaceful and dominates the Chianti Classico hills. Beautiful panoramic views with Siena in the distance are afforded. This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments.
Distances: Ponte a Bozzone with a food shop, a restaurant and a butcher is 5 km away, Siena with all kinds of shops and railway station 12 km, San Gimignano approx. 50 km, Florence 70 km away, Pisa 115 km , Rome 250 km away.
At guests disposal: large panoramic garden (6000 m2), shared infinity swimming-pool (5,5 x 15 m – maximum depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), solarium terrace with open-air shower (cold water), barbecue, oven for pizza, furnished loggia (35 m2), table tennis. Shared laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities. All of the apartments provide alarm system, satellite TV, hair-dryer, heating system and table and chairs (in a common area).

Nous sommes arrivés un samedi , nous n'avions pas reçu les consignes d'arrivée (Plan et adresse correcte)et votre agence était fermée sans assistance téléphonique après 2heures de recherche des vacanciers nous ont renseignés et nous avons pu récupérer les clefs à 5kms. Dans la location la machine à laver était h ors service et celle de la buanderie en très mauvais état (pas essorage) pas de fer à repasser sauf celui de la buanderie manque une moustiquaire dans la chambre du milieu A revoir mobilier extérieur

Sehr gepflegter Besitz in schönster Umgebung mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Siena und San Gimignano sind so nah, dass man „mal eben“ einen. Ausflug machen kann ohne grossartig damit den ganzen Tag organisieren zu müssen. Toll!

The property is in a beautiful but quiet location surrounded by vineyards and spectacular Tuscan scenery. The apartment was spacious and generally cool inside despite the high temperatures outside. The pool area is superb with extensive paving and plenty of sun-loungers. Our only gripes were minor. The beds are very firm and there is only one thin pillow per person; perhaps the owner could supply more for different sleeping preferences. The regulations request that the pool is not used after 8pm. After a long hot day slogging round the tourist dens of Siena and Florence an evening swim is exactly what is required! Overall a lovely family holiday though.
