LA LOGGIA, restaurĂ© en 2015, est un grand appartement indĂ©pendant, idĂ©al pour ĂȘtre louĂ©s par ceux qui aiment la nature, la tranquillitĂ© et la paix de ces lieux non contaminĂ©s immergĂ©s dans la nature. L'appartement se caractĂ©rise par une grande fenĂȘtre donnant sur la vallĂ©e oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'une des vues les plus Ă©poustouflants de la rĂ©gion. La vue que l'on peut admirer de LA LOGGIA couvre plus de 60 km sur le Chianti et les Crete Senesi. L'appartement se compose d'une grande piĂšce / loft avec une cheminĂ©e double-face qui sĂ©pare la cuisine et la salle Ă  manger du salon. L'aire de repos se compose de deux chambres, chacune avec salle de bains exclusive et peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes.
La maison est équipée de toutes les commodités, y compris la climatisation, wifi, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle.
LA LOGGIA fait partie de "Le Balze di Rosennano", un logis de charme répandu tout autour du village, qui offre aux amoureux de la nature, de la tranquillité et de la beauté trois charmantes maisons éparpillées dans le joli village de Rosennano. Toutes les maisons, indépendantes les unes des autres, font face au sud, ont une vue incroyable et ont un accÚs gratuit aux jardins.
Les clients de LA LOGGIA peuvent profiter des espaces communs suivants:

TrĂšs belle loggia situĂ©e dans l’extraordinaire Toscane. Les lieux Ă©taient trĂšs propres, nous avions quantitĂ© de vaisselle, serviettes etc. Et mĂȘme une laveuse. La vue de la fenĂȘtre de la salle de sĂ©jour est extraordinaire et ce silence! Je ne me rappelais plus ce qu’était le silence
Quelle expĂ©rience merveilleuse moi et mon mari avons vĂ©cue! Merci Sebastiano de ton accueil chaleureux! J’espĂšre avoir la chance d’y retourner un jour!

Super séjour avec vue imprenable sur le Chianti.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, une vue époustouflante sur les vignes , un calme relativement agréable , les hirondelles au réveil , quoi demander de plus . Sebastiano nous a trÚs sympathiquement reçu. Superbe location dans un ancien village rénové , trÚs typique A conseiller à tous les amateurs de la région. Nous espérons y retourner au plus vite.

La Loggia

Everything was perfect. If you are looking for peace and quiet look no further. The apartment was easy to find. Parking was nearby. The space is airy, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Sebastiano greeted us and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The view is to die for. We spent hours just staring out the picture window. We stayed 8 blissful nights and were joined by friends for three of them. We all loved Rosennano.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

This secluded property was the perfect spot for us to enjoy a little relaxation during our busy vacation. We never tired of looking at the endless views and felt so comfortable that we were definitely sad when it was time to leave. Our stay at La Loggia was delightful. The view is as stunning as the pictures suggest, and the location is truly unique. An Amazing Place in the Middle of Wine COuntry

My wife was excited when I showed her this property on VRBO. The views from the oversized window looking at miles of wilderness and vineyards looked amazing on line...and it was even better in person! The village is very small, but it has a real charm, and great location. In 15 minutes you can be at a small town with all the basics, at any one of a dozen quality wine vineyards, at a Michelin rated restaurant, or just out in the countryside visiting the outdoors or tiny villages and historical sites. Sebastiano was great, with all the things you needed to plan your time judiciously. And while the lodging looks historic on the outside, it is really awesome and modern on the inside. It is our favorite place we stayed at (for 8 days) on our 5 week visit. My only fear is that my good review will make it harder for me to be able to rent this place again! :-)

Breath-taking spot!

My husband and I just returned from a week here and it was just what we were looking for! The only reason I gave it 4 stars for location is because you definitely need a car, and it wouldn't be for everyone as it is so peaceful and remote, but it was perfect for us after several days in Rome and Florence. The house is exactly as pictured, and is in a renovated hamlet of just a few houses. It is within 10 minutes of several fabulous restaurants, and cute little villages, and about 35 minutes drive from Sienna. Sebastiano was wonderful to work with and very helpful. If you have a car and don't mind not being in a hustling town, this is the place for you!

Lovely stay and spectacular views in Tuscany!

My husband, son and I just returned from a wonderful stay at La Loggia. The house was just as lovely as in the photos, and the view of the Tuscan countryside is just spectacular. The home was well-appointed and comfortable. We also greatly enjoyed our afternoons at the pool after spending the day driving to different towns and vineyards. Sebastiano was an excellent host!

Amazing place

This is a wonderful getaway in Tuscany. The view is amazing, it is a peaceful location and close enough to visit towns all around. The host is very friendly, there is a small town 15 min away with fantastic restaurants. We will keep this one for our next visit.

Our stay at La Loggia House was absolutely fabulous! The place is even better than pictured, and the view absolutely stunning. This was a trip that we were supposed to take in 2020, and it finally happened in 2023. Sebastiano was great! Helpful, responsive and very friendly. One thing that people should be prepped for is the gravel road leading up to the town and house. Also, there are no restaurants within walking distance, but the ones recommended by Sebastiano are terrific!

Cheers from Baltimore! Me and the fam needed a quiet getaway and was this the place for it!! Amazing views from the house! Absolutely fell in love with the area. The quaint towns and many vineyards! Sebastiano is a wonderful person! Made everything easy and even set us up with a private driver and itinerary so all we had to do was enjoy the moments and the wine!!! Beautiful place to stay

Sebastiano's place is very well designed, beautifully finished and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, with plenty of dishes, cutlery and glassware as well. The view is so gorgeous it's hard to tear yourself away from the windows, especially at sunset (and sunrise). Sebastiano is friendly and thoughtful. His guidebook is an excellent resource. He kindly had the place already warmed up when we arrived for our January stay. And there was firewood so we could enjoy the fireplace. All in all, Le Balze di Rosenanno is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We hope to spend more time here in the future.

Charming & Tranqui

After a week of hiking & touring Florence & Siena, we were looking for a quiet spot to rest and reflect. This sweet place exceeded our expectations- Sebastiano was responsive ahead of our arrival, & gave us a warm welcome when we got there. Staying in Rosennano is like stepping back in time - absolutely wonderful. And...on a clear night, you must take in the view of the heavens & across the valley - mesmerizing! Beautiful retreat

Beautifully restored apartment in an out of the way village. Well equipped kitchen and stylish baths. View is peaceful; rest and watch the swallows . We followed several of the suggested itineraries and very much enjoyed seeing out of the ways spots like the hermitage. The 2.5 km drive to the village is either exhilarating or scary depending on your tolerance for gravel roads.

A gem in the heart of Chianti

Rosenanno is a gem in the heart of Chianti. Just under a 3-hour drive from Rome, some of the old stone buildings have been tastefully and functionally renovated by architect and design experts to offer a stylish high functioning home away from home with breathtaking views of surrounding mountains and vineyards. Just to give a few examples, the buildings have highly modern climate control systems, in addition to strategically placed window for Mother Nature’s own cooling system, stove top with conduction heat, ample refrigerator space, modern bathrooms, dishwasher and washing machine. The host, Sebastiano, is highly responsive and has developed a personalized guide of unique and lesser known restaurants, historic sites, art and sculptures and suggested half-day trips.

What a wonderful place!

You just got to love La Loggia apartment. Me and my wife were looking for a calm and peaceful place to spend two weeks in Tuscany, and we were not disappointed. Embedded in a beautiful landscape with a wonderful view, we found everything we were looking for - and much more. Sebastiano rebuilt the house(s) from ruins, and he did a fantastic job. Everything's there - dish washer, washing machine, induction cooker, 3 different ways to make coffee (capsule, espresso, drip coffee), water boiler, pans in 5 different sizes - even a salad spinner. Everything is just so well done!. If you have an eye for details and design elements, you'll enjoy this place! And what an amazing LOGGIA (a very wide window with a stunning view). The A/C works like a charm and within minutes the whole place is filled with cosiness. Wifi worked without interruptions. We had a wonderful time!

WHAT A VIEW !

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and very comfortable for a family of 4 persons. The big and modern kitchen is perfect for cooking. From the big window we can admire a gorgeous view. Sitting on the sofa in front of a such spectacle is an unforgettable experience. We warmly suggest to spend holidays in this small, peaceful and charming village and above all at La Loggia house.
