We offer a two-bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with living room) is equipped with a solid wood furniture and is suitable for families of four, can also accommodate a fifth and sixth person. This apartment includes two comfortable double bedrooms with their own bathroom (Pompeian floor heating and napkin radiator in winter). The living room has a fold-out sofa bed (for 2 additional persons), a winter wood fireplace, TV, safe, telephone with own number, paid Wi-Fi and balcony in addition comes a well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator with freezer and the respective large dining table for nice and talkative evenings together.

Our Apart-Hotel is located in a top location for a care-less holiday in the Sciliar area, as you can reach the Alpe di Siusi cable car and the village center, from the hotel, in just five minutes on foot. We are only 300 meters from the gondola lift to the ski, snowboard, cross-country and toboggan paradise Alpe di Siusi. Already in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, you can explore the Sciliar area on countless hikes without having to drive to the Alpe di Siusi. In addition, the village center, where there are some shopping and attractions, is just 350 meters from the hotel. On the other hand, if you are planning a trip to the nearest cities, you can simply board the bus at the Salegg stop, 100 meters away.

Each apartment also has a balcony with a unique view on which the smokers can enjoy their evening cigarette, as we are a non smoking home and should not be smoked in the apartments.

In the construction of Alpin-Residence Amadeus *** attention was paid to accessibility and the use of allergen-free materials, so that even wheelchair users and allergy sufferers can enjoy their holiday to the fullest. For the little ones the residence provides a leeway, if the weather is unfavorable. Our garage will provide your vehicles with a safe place for the night, and our lift will also move from the garage to each floor, thus saving you the trouble of having to carry your bags.

If you do not feel like cooking today, you can get a small discount, a complimentary aperitif or a bottle of schnapps from our partner pizzerias and restaurants in our area (5-10 minutes walk), by giving the waiter our house key demonstrate.

The best way to reach us is by car: from the highway exit Klausen / Chiusa it is 20-25 minutes to the hotel. If you want to come without a vehicle, we advise you to Verona or Fly to Innsbruck, take the train to Bolzano (about 1-1: 30h travel time) and take bus no. 170 from Bolzano train station. Get off at the bus stop "Salegg" and 50m away is our elegant apart-hotel.
