First floor apartment, directly on the eastern pedestrian promenade and with modern furnishings. The apartment is accessed from a non-exclusive garden, located at the back of the apartment, equipped with an outdoor shower. From the garden an external staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor and another leads down to another unit. The apartment consists of a large bright living room equipped with table and chairs for 5 people. The living room leads to the kitchenette, equipped with a fridge and an electric hob; there is also access to the terrace facing the sea, which offers a splendid sea view. There are 2 bedrooms facing the back garden: one double and the other with 2 single beds, in the hallway between the bedrooms there is an air conditioning unit (it is the only one in the apartment). The bathroom (with window) has a shower. There is a reserved parking space in a private courtyard at the back of the apartment. The area is very quiet, far from transit roads.
