The Space:
L’Uliveto 1 by Tiny Away sits on a hillside olive grove in Castilenti, just 35 minutes from Pescara and close to Torre di Cerrano, the Costa dei Trabocchi, and the Abruzzo coast. Enjoy tiny house living with views of the Gran Sasso range, while staying near Rocca Calascio, Campo Imperatore, and Parco della Majella.
This 252-square-foot tiny house in Italia features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an electric-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two tiny houses on the property, available with 24 hours’ notice, giving you even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny house and its outdoor area surrounded by olive trees, entering through the main gate but enjoying a fully private, fenced space of their own.
