The rooms are clean and have some updates as it is sn older motel. Quiet and comfortable as well as reasonably priceed. The staff are friendly and attentive.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It is an older motel so the A/C was a little loud. Vanity, shower, toilet lights and the exhaust fan all operated off one switch. Bring a night light or you going to the bathroom in the dark or wakeup your partner. Not ideal.

Across the Bridge, nice views quiet, can walk to a nearby beach. Jog across the bridge and you’re at the beach and park. Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Reasonably priced in comparison to other motels. Room was very spacious. I really liked the layout.

The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. The motel was clean and quiet. We had a beautiful walk across the bridge into downtown. The walking path along the lake is beautiful. We can't wait to return.

We did not have much options when booking our stay in Nelson but Villa Hotel was nice. Check in was easy and the receptionist was helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable and looks like it has recently been renovated. The mini kitchen was a great bonus. Just note that the utensils are in a drawer in the table, we did not find them until we were cleaning to leave. Overall we were happy with everything. See you next time.

The thing i was curious was about the linen...i understand that sometime it was hard to remove the stain or when it was being dirty...sometimes you cannot predict things or accident that make the linen dirty..isnt is should be ok because we pat..just wondering..thanks but over all it was great stay.

This is an older facility with some renovations. The room was clean and very spacious and we liked having a large mini fridge in the room but the furnishings were rather beat up. We enjoyed having patio furniture outside the room so we could enjoy the beautiful view with morning coffee (the patio furniture is in desperate need of replacement). The staff was very friendly and courteous and management allowed us to check in early and even texted us when our room was ready which was greatly appreciated.
