On the ground floor there is an open space with living area, sofa and TV, dining area, and a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen is very functional and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, and fridge. On the mezzanine there is the bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as a private bathroom without a shower. A second full bathroom is on the lower floor. The area is very quiet and you can reach the city centre on foot in twenty minutes or in two minutes by metro.
