Spacious apartment located on the first floor without elevator of a building dating from 1800. We are in Via Teatro Massimo, the area is characterized by dozens of places for aperitifs and for your meals out. A few steps away you can reach all the places of interest, the Massimo Bellini Theater, Palazzo Biscari, Piazza Duomo with the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, Via Crociferi, Via Etnea with all its shops as well as the center of nightlife in Catania.
On foot just ten minutes away you can reach the fish market and the daily market "la fera o luni" both famous for the colors and the folklore of Catania, you can buy there fresh meat and fish, seasonal fruits and vegetables, clothing and much more. The train and bus stations are 500 meters from the house. Here you can further discover the life of Catania, visiting tourist attractions and enjoying relaxation in the city.

Entering the house, you are in the common entrance with another apartment, you will find a bookcase, a blackboard on the wall where your children can have fun coloring and writing. In the first apartment we have a small kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar and two stools, here you can prepare your food. Next, we have a bathroom with a shower and a very large and bright room furnished with warm furniture, a beech table with four chairs, in a corner you can relax in the sofa that becomes a comfortable bed or an armchair enjoying a good glass of wine and reading a great book. For the ladies you will find a dressing and make-up table that can be a desk, a walk-in closet and a soft double bed in Chesterfield capitonne’ with two bedside tables and a bookcase. Two small balconies overlook Via Teatro Massimo. The whole apartment still preserves the original period floor. The other common area has a washing machine and washbasin where you can wash clothes.
All our apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, for the little ones we provide a high chair for meal, a camping cot, a highchair, strollers and many games for the house and the seaside.
