The house is a brand new build with all brand new furniture. The property futures 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Each room is nicely decorated. The master suite with king bed has 2 walk in closets with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms has queen size beds, one of them has its own bathroom. The forth room has two full size beds. The house futures full kitchen for family who likes to cook and dine at home. There is nice and big patio outside with modern pool and spa. This is perfect get away house with beautiful Mountain View.
I don’t allow parties at my house, no outdoor music or loudness at all times, 7 days a week. If you are looking to relax and enjoy your vacation in quiet atmosphere my house will be perfect for you.

Amazing home

Anna, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. The location of this home is very convenient to both downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert in addition to being <3 miles from the airport. The kitchen is very large and stocked with everything you need to cook. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. Beds are very comfortable. We turned one bedroom into an office so it was easy to WFH. Beautiful views from the patio and pool and large outdoor table with many chairs.

Just chill

Excellent home in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are kept in an excellent condition. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside. Do make sure you are aware of cathedral city policy on the noise and party, but we had no issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you want relaxed and quiet holiday.

Great stay

The house was super clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The kitchen was very large and the beds were comfortable. The house and pool area was perfect for our family of 5. There is a nice covered sitting area outside. Quiet neighborhood, just outside of Palm Springs, only a 10min drive to downtown Palm Springs. Owner was very responsive with any communication or questions we had. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Spacious Space

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a ton of space and a great space to mingle and eat. The bedrooms were big and laid out well. The outdoor space is great to hang out with friends. I would recommend this house.

Beautiful Home! Great amenities!

The house is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with everything you may need. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfortable. The pool was the perfect size. Great for families and super clean!

My family and I stayed at Anna’s place for 12 days. We had a wonderful time. Cleanliness is always my top concern and I was so pleased. The home is also lovely. Everything is new and updated. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We also liked that we were close to everything. Lots of grocery stores that deliver through Instacart if you don’t want to go out. My kids loved the pool and spa and spent most of their time there. I highly recommend Anna’s place and would definitely return. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Place!

We had a relaxing stay during week of Christmas Day at Anna’s Palm Spring home, with complementary bottles of fine wine,which was a lovely touch. This is a great space for a group, with all of the amenities, including enough bathrooms and towels for everyone! The home is spacious and open, with wonderful indoor/outdoor living. This is a very clean, well kept property with beautiful landscaping in a terrific location to enjoy the Palm Springs area. Anna is a great host, super responsive and pleasant to communicate with. I recommend without reservation!
