Extra hidden charges

I did enjoy my stay at Hotel Plaza. However upon my arrival at the Hotel, the receptionist has advised me to park at the local car park where the hotel had it spaces. However she fail to inform me that I would be charged for it at the end of my stay.

Il cibo è l’unica cosa dell’hotel che è stato gradevole. Tutto il resto non è andato molto bene. Le stanze non erano del tutto pulire profondamente (nonostante ci fosse anche questo Covid), il personale di sala maleducatissimo. La reception invece abbastanza buona. La posizione è ottima , vicino al mare. Parcheggio sempre pieno, quindi non hai la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina vicino all’hotel come invece sul sito ti propone. Abbiamo dovuto lasciarla nei parcheggi blu e pagare il giornaliero.. una follia . Non ci tornerò credo mai più.

Hotel posizionato vicino centro, mare e servizi. Camera comoda, pulita e spaziosa. Colazione e cena di buon livello. Bellissima piscina e comodo parcheggio. Grazie ancora!

Personale gentile senza alcuna pecca camerieri sempre a disposizione. La struttura un po' vecchia , camere con porta di entrata che non si chiudeva bene e pulizia della stessa un po' lasciata al caso.I cuscini mi sembravano sporchi e con odori tipo di dopobarba, pavimenti sporchi.

La nostra esperienza...

Struttura molto datata, personale poco efficiente ,colazione inesistente e per le bevande servizio autonomo dai distributori veramente squallido.Il rapporto qualità/ prezzo non corrisponde al tipo di servizio. La stanza rumorosa e purtroppo non è stato possibile dormire oltre le 7:30 ,il climatizzatore non funzionante e le tapparelle veramente al limite ,balcone sporchissimo ....insomma esperienza per quanto riguarda l'hotel da dimenticare!!!

Ho prenotato per una notte tramite Expedia e devo dire che è stata un esperienza negativa. Albergo vecchiotto e poco pulito. Professionalità personale scarsa come la colazione. Per finire parcheggio dell'albergo lontano e a pagamento.

Tre stelle ma solo per la posizione. Addetti reception cortesi ma camera molto rumorosa sia per rumori interni che esterni. Colazione abbastanza varia ma sala e servizio abbastanza deludenti . Pulizia da migliorare.

Struttura buona vicino all 'acquario di cattolica e via Dante,la via principale di cattolica.Staff abbastanza cortese ,colazione abbondante ma poco variegata. La camera era ok con aria condizionata compresa,le pulizie discrete. Il parcheggio non vicinissimo alla struttura a pagamento di 5€ al giorno. In compenso ha una buona piscina che viene pulita quotidianamente

Arapuca disfarçada de hotel

Ao chegar no hotel, tomar aquele banho, tive uma surpresa. O banheiro encheu de água que mais parecia uma banheira. O que eles chamam de escrivaninha é um apoio de mala que não serve por exemplo para colocar um notebook. Maçanetas de gavetas quebras e o mais grave de tudo. Você "larga" a chave em um claviculário que qualquer um facilmente pode passar e pegar. O ar condicionado é velho e extremamente barulhento, se quiser algo "fresco", deixe ligado 24 hrs. A recepção não fala inglês, porém aparentam algum tipo de gentileza. O Wifi que eles alegam ter é uma lastima! Enfim, tudo que venderam funciona muito bem na foto! Desgraçaram minha viagem. Reclamei no hoteis.com e "agaram" e andaram.

La prossima volta ci ritorno.

E' stato un ottimo soggiorno di una settimana il gestore e tutto il personale cordiali ed efficienti una buona cucina con camerieri premurosi le stanze pulite e comode, io ero per lavoro purtroppo e non ho potuto godermi a pieno l'esperienza, comunque consiglio è un hotel ottimo.

Parkplatz und in Strandnähe, das was aber...

Grundsätzlich teile ich ja nicht über Hotels aus, aber dieses hier ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir nicht freundlich empfangen, bekamen keine Information zum Hotel, Stadtleben oder Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Uns wurde der Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt und fertig. Das Zimmer: Klimaanlage läuft unzureichend und völlig verdreckt. Im Bad riecht es nach Abwasser bzw. Kanal. Die Möbel völlig veraltet und abgeschlagen. Im Badezimmer war die Spiegelbeleuchtung defekt, was dem Personal 1 Woche nicht aufgefallen war (Ich habe die Abdeckung deponiert und liegen gelassen!!!). Die Dusche war dreckig und der Duschkopf völlig verkalkt. Das Frühstück: Wir hatten nur Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Wer im Urlaub gerne ein reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet gewöhnt ist, dem kommen hier die Tränen. Lieblos angerichtet. Eine Kaffeemaschine, aus dem alles rauskommt nur kein trinkbarer Kaffee. Der war echt grauenhaft. Kein Obst, keine frischen Fruchtsäfte, sondern 2 Sorten Gebäck, 2 verschiedenen. Wurstsorten auf Papier, 1x Käse, Fruchtsaft aus irgendwelchem Konzentrat in Plastikbecher, Joghurt und Cerealien. Fertig. Es war furchtbar. Welch ein Start in den Tag. Nur zur Information für die Leser und vielleicht auch die Hotelbesitzer. weniger als 50km von dem Hotel entfernt befindet sich eines der größten Obstanbaugebiete Europas. Im Supermarkt gab es das beste und frischeste Obst zu kaufen. Für über 120€ pro Nacht/Zimmer ein NoGo.

Due notti al mare mordi e fuggi: posizione centralissima e vicino alla spiaggia, prezzo imbattibile, cortesia all'accoglienza e pulizia in camera...... che volere di più?!
