Schöne Ferienwohnung, fast am Strand ( nur 5 Minuten entfernt)

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie war sehr sauber und der Check in war problemlos. Wir haben nur W-Lan vermisst. Handtuch und Bettwäsche Wechsel einmal pro Woche, eigener Parkplatz vor dem Apartment. Schöner Sandstrand in einigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, ebenso ein Restaurant.

This apartment was brilliant, it was very clean and had air conditioning. it had everything we needed for a lovely week on the beach. Carlo was very welcoming and helpful. It is only a short drive to Punta Sabbioni where you can get the boat "vaporetto" to Venice and the other islands. Overall I recommend it.

Tolle Lage! Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer schönen Lage. 2 Minuten und man ist sofort am Strand. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, allerdings finde ich ein großes Handtuch pro Person für 7 Tage viel zu wenig.. also am besten eigene Handtücher mitbringen. Außerdem gibt es keine Lappen zum abwaschen.. und nur ein Handtuch zum abtrocknen. Unsere Bettdecke war nicht mit einem Laken bezogen, es lag lediglich ein Tuch zwischen der Decke und dem Menschen.. nicht sehr gemütlich, da es immer verrutschte und man dann unter der blanken nicht bezogenen Decke lag..

There are all the facilities you need. The beach is 1 minute by feet away. A supermarket is right next block. Good for families if you don't need a swimming pool as a must for you.

Vi bodde fyra nätter i lägenheten i Cavallino som ligger fem minuters promenad från stranden. Flexibel incheckningstid. Lägenheten var välstädad och passar för fyra personer. På balkongen kan man dock bara sitta två personer. Ingen frys och väldigt enkelt utrustat kök. Finns en närbutik något kvarter bort. Annars är det ett måste att ha cykel eller bil för att kunna handla till mer rimliga priser.

Una vacanza al mare e' sempre meravigliosa, ma quando si trova un appartamento come quello di Carlo e Silvia, e' ancora meglio. L'appartamento e' confortevole, luminosissimo, davvero pulito, attrezzatissimo con anche caffe', olio, aceto ecc... La sua posizione ha impagabile comodità per accedere alla spiaggia. Che dire poi di Silvia , la gentile e disponibile proprietaria! Tutto perfetto, meglio di un albergo: ci si sente a casa! Vivemente raccomandato.

Super Lage, Super Wohung

Wir waren im Sommer 2018 für 11 tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Supermarkt und Strand sind binnen 2 Minuten zu erreichen und auch Aktivitäten wie eine Wasserpark, Kanu Touren und Bootsverleihe sind sehr nah. Der Strand verfügt über hervorragende Wasserqualität und ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Alle Bedürfnisse im eines Urlaubs wurden erfüllt. Leider gab es kein Wlan, die Betten sind nicht sonderlich groß (aber ausreichen für Person bis 1,80m) und es gab keine Spülmaschine. Aber darüber kann man ja im Urlaub mal hinweg sehen.

Schöne Wohnung nicht weit entfernt vom Strand

Wir (3 Personen) waren im September 2017 10 Tage in der Wohnung (erster Stock). Kontakt zum Vermieter: Kontakt war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Auch vor der Anreise wurden unsere Mails innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Telefonnummer hat uns Carlo gegeben, falls etwas nicht passt. Sehr professionell und nett. Wohnung: Ausstattung gut. Teller, Tassen, Gläser Töpfe ausreichend vorhanden. Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher sauber und ordentlich bereitgestellt (eine Garnitur). Wie üblich mussten Toilettenpapier, Zewa-Tücher, Gewürze (bis auf Salz, Pfeffer was wahrscheinlich die Vormieter hinterlassen hatten) selber mitgebracht, gekauft werden. Als Herd ist ein Gasherd vorhanden, kein Backofen, lediglich ein kleiner Multigrill (haben wir aber nicht benötigt). Ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden (leider ohne Gefrierfach). Es gibt keine Spülmaschine (aber ein praktischen Abtropfschrank oberhalb der Spüle) und keine Waschmaschine. Fernseher vorhanden (hatten wir aber nicht an) Ein kleiner Balkon vorhanden (für vier Personen allerdings zu klein zum Sitzen und Essen). Die Duschkabine war sauber, allerdings kommt die Duschkabine (Plastik) in ein Alter in dem man sieht, dass sie nicht mehr neu ist. Auch gibt es ab und zu das Problem, dass die Mischhebel ausgeht (Lösung sehr stark ziehen, dann bleibt das Wasser an). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön eingerichtet, sauber geputzt übergeben und für einen Urlaub gut geeignet. Lage: Entfernung zum Strand etwas 100 m. Sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz im Innenbereich der Wohnanlage vorhanden. Geschäfte (Spar-Markt mit Bäcker und Metzger) in 200 m. Wir können uns gut vorstellen noch mal in die Wohnung zu gehen. Für drei Personen ideal. Bei vier Personen ggf. schon ein wenig klein.

Close to the beach

The apartment is really close to the beach what was our primary goal for the stay. Carlo is really helpful and responsive in case of questions. Thank you for all the support. The apartment is certainly not brand new, but everything was clean. Carlo also started to renovate the apartment step by step - so it will probably look different already next year. In case we want to stay next time in Cavallino, we will certainly consider Carlo's apartment for another stay.

Lovely property ideal for the beach and easy to get to Venice

A lovely comfortable apartment just 5 minutes walk to the beach and bus stop for trip to ferry/Venice nearby. Nice restaurants also nearby as recommended by the owner who was very helpful.

Posizione, pulizia e accoglienza

L'appartamento è esattamente come in foto, con arredamento in stile marino. Pulizia ineccepibile e posizione interessante per godersi il mare. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e gentili. Credo che se il prossimo anno decidiamo di passare le ferie di nuovo a Cavallino ritorneremo senz'altro in questo appartamento!

Vacanza al TOP

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana con la mia famiglia e posso dire di essermi trovata bene, anzi benissimo! La casa possiede tutte le comodità: è pulita, ordinata, arredata e curata a dovere, situata in una zona tranquilla a due passi dalla spiaggia. Con la bicicletta o i mezzi si possono raggiungere facilmente ed in pochi minuti i negozi, i ristoranti ed in generale le zone maggiormente frequentate. Insomma, non potevo desiderare di meglio per la mia vacanza!!

Ottima vacanza!

L'appartamento oltre ad essere molto pulito, corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio: la vicinanza al mare è notevole e grazie anche ai diversi shops e pizzerie nella zona è possibile soggiornare senza dover spostare l'auto. Consiglio soprattutto a chi, come me, ha una famiglia e vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo ma dotato comunque dei servizi necessari a trascorrere una buona vacanza. Spero vivamente di tornarci anche il prossimo anno.
