Welcome to a relaxing vacation, right in the heart of the OKEMO Valley with convenient access to major routes and only 3 mile drive to OKEMO.
Set in the beautiful village of Proctorsville (in Cavendish, VT), this house is on a private drive and walking distance to several local eateries. Only 0.25 miles to the Procorsville Green with Murdock's Resturante, Crows Bakery and the brand new for 2019- Outer Limits Brewery and tap room!

Very spacious and charming layout so bring the whole family. 3 Bedrooms with a King, Queen and Full Bed. Bonus Bunk Room on 1st floor has' two sets' of bunk beds, with full beds as the base + queen sleeper sofa in main living area.

2 sets of clothes washer/dryers (1st and 3rd floors)


Just stay in and relax in the hot tub or play a game of billiards in the game-room. WiFi throughout, with YouTube TV, Roku streaming services and Amazon Fire TV.

The house was big and warm. Kids had their own living space with a pool table which was a hit. We couldn’t use the hot tub as it rained and the snow froze as there was no roof over the hot tub and walkway. It’s minor but would be nice to tidy up the place a bit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Pros and Cons to this Property

Pros: Property Manager was very responsive, which was great, because the driveway is very steep and we had ice while we were staying there. He was very helpful with ensuring the driveway was plowed and sanded for us to get safely down the driveway. The house is very big, with lots of room for guests to spread out. New hot tub is very nice. Fireplace was also nice.Cons: For the price, the house did not meet our cleanliness standards. If we were college kids splitting the cost across a large group, we probably wouldn't care! But for a family that keeps a clean house...it wasn't great (dirty microwave, old bathmats, bathroom toilets and mirrors not cleaned). Stairs are incredibly creaky and you can literally see through the floorboards from the kitchen down into the bunk room, so don't expect any quiet if you have lots of people. If you have anyone with mobility issues or young kids, the stairs/railings will not be safe. Our group was fine, but good for others to be aware. Master bath shower leaks down into the kitchen so our food boxes got wet on the counter.

Perfect Cabin for a Ski Getaway!

We stayed at this home for a long weekend on an annual ski trip. There were nine of us in our 20s and we had plenty of space. The house has everything you could need and is very close to Ludlow and Okemo!

Great House

We enjoyed our stay here. House was beautiful and could have accommodated a good amount of people (we only had 3) with the amount of bedrooms and beds. Hot tub out back was awesome. Town/area was beautiful. Only thing I would recommend to the owners is an upgrade on the bedroom TVs. As you can see in the pictures the ones in the bedrooms are very tiny and old. Very hard to see and manage. Given how cheap TVs are these days it wouldn’t cost much to put in much better ones you can actually see from the beds. TVs in living areas were great.

Cozy well stocked home.

Plenty of room for everyone. Nice that there were 3 bathrooms! We loved the hot tub after skiing. Pretty views.Able to walk to town with 2 year old and visit the library. Easy to get to Okemo
 Mud room great for storing boots and clothes. Layout allowed for perfect blend of privacy and gathering. Nice big table for family meals! Nice to be able to grill outside also.

Super cozy and open floor plan, great for large parties and close to Okemo

This house is great! Awesome for large parties and there is plenty of space to socialize and play games. Hot tube is a huge plus and host is very easy to communicate with. We even walked to a brewery that is just down the road. Highly recommend.

Great House

Property in a great location, close to local brewery, restaurants and Okemo Mountain. The house large enough to accommodate a large family of 10. Stairs creak and upstairs shower leaks if door not closed tight enough. Owner responded to issues with in a timely manner and made us aware of the leaking shower. Also, they have fun adult games, as well as kids games, hot tub and pool table in house if you just want to stay in and chill after a long day of skiing. It snowed one day we were there.... definitely need AWD or 4 WD to get up driveway! Steep driveway! But when plows came by made it easier to get up the hill. Overall, great house! Great location!

Annual Ski Trip

Every year we gather a group of friends and spend the weekend away to go skiing and enjoy the time away. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home. The house is tucked away off any main road and gives you the quiet cabin feel that we were looking for. It was 10 minutes to Okemo mountain and only 35 to Killington which was great since we skied both mountains. The house has a perfect amount of space for a large group including a great hot tub, bbq and pool table for use. Plus all the additional things like games, video games and a Roku TV. All in all, the house is perfect for time away. I would definitely reccomend this house and plan on booking future visits.

Vermont Cabin Feel

This property was absolutely perfect to suit our group of 5 adults and 4 kids (9-17) for our annual ski getaway after Christmas. The kids enjoyed their reign over the first floor, with their bunk room, access to their own bathroom and den's pool table and Wii games, which kept them entertained for hours. The second floor is very expansive with an open floor plan so everyone could talk to each other from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, and the dining table was large enough for all of us to dine together. The top floor bedrooms were all super confortable. Peter was very responsive; no question was too little or big. He was aware of everything going on with the property, esp. the maintenance of the driveway on a snow day. A few things to be aware of during your stay: the switchback driveway is steep and easy to miss, it's only 2 houses after Depot St. - beyond that you'll be on a very narrow road with no cross streets until you get to the other side of the mountain and gets super icy, making it impossible to turn around; your party should be comfortable with handling stairs - slippers with a grip are helpful; everyone can hear what's happening throughout the house because of the woodslat floors; make sure everyone knows to fully close the shower curtains to prevent water spillage - it will land in the second floor living room or kitchen. In our view, all of these things were qualities of a quaint, cabin stay in Vermont. If that's what you're looking for, at a considerable upgrade, this is the place for you!
