Breakfast buffet should not have artificial juices with sugar. They should be regular napkins not what looks like toilet paper. Eggs should not be fried in excess amount of oil. Otherwise, hotel was very nice, and the restaurant food was good.

The family room with 4 twin beds is good in size. The kitchenette with refrigerator, big plus. Separate shower and toilet A+. I only wish there were 4 chairs instead on just 2 and that the beddings were newer and white instead of gray. Overall, very good experience and reasonably priced. We stayed for 9 nights. Thank you Bayfront!

It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly though ask ahead if they are planning their eco-friendly management because during my stay, there was a block that they had turned off the power for about five hours. This was a little inconvenient.

Very underrated hotel.

A very good hotel. Staff are friendly, breakfast buffet is great. Caja cafe is good value and rhe food is tasty.I honestly can't see the low reviews given, it is central, swimming pool is nice and the food is also ok. Would highly recommend it.

I really like that the hotel has an ATM machine that accept foreign mastercard and visa bank card so you don’t have to go to a currency exchange place and have a 24hr security guard so it’s safe to withdraw cash from the ATM machine. I didn’t like that there’s no aircon inside the elevator and the hallway going to the hotel room. You have to log in to your Netflix account for you to watch Netflix movies or series. They have a small area for breakfast the porridge was delicious! Overall, it was a good stay and the staffs were nice and helpful.

Poor stay experience

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The general cleanliness was below average—while the room appeared tidy at first glance, the floor under the bed was noticeably dusty. The towels, though washed, had a greyish tint, which didn’t give a very fresh or clean impression. Another issue was the check-out process. It took an unusually long time because the staff needed to call someone to inspect the room before refunding the deposit. This caused unnecessary delays, especially for guests in a hurry. Overall, the stay was not up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for those who prioritize cleanliness and efficiency

Massive room with comfortable bed brilliant staff. Only negative was about an hour late checking in. Breakfast was ok standard for Philippines.
