Our stay was ok. The wifi in our room was not available. We had to call service desk twice to get the burner to work. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out was smooth.

The location was convenient to go around on a tour. The front staff and room staff were great. The staff and options when dining were below par. Posted menu only partially available. They took an order for something they said they had, and after 35 minutes brought the wrong dish. Then confirmed what I had ordered wasn't available. Just... Not great. Nice folks, but ....

The hotel is spotless from outside up to the rooftop. I like the fact that no one has easy access to the floors unless you have the key or the staff tapping you in. Their lobby has the convenience of seating space for guests and visitors. Air-conditioning works terrific (it was HOT Outdoors when I visited). The room was excellent. I originally booked for a single standard room but I was upgraded to a better room with kitchen and double beds AT NO ADDED COST! Toiletries and beddings were really plentiful and can be requested 24/7. Safe also available in the room. Internet works amazingly and netflix and a AmazOn Prime videos are FRRREEEEEE. HOT water for shower runs 24/7 (dont laugh. I like hot showers in a hot day lol). The food choices at the buffet downstairs during breakfast are VERY GOOD. MOST IMPORTANTLY what made my stay really memorable and exciting are the AMAZZZING PEOPLE who work there: from the doorman, receptionists, restaurant staff, janitorial team to the managers. Everyone have this welcoming smile and voice that makes you FEEL THAT YOU ARE HOME. And everyone were really helpful and always ready to lend a helping hand. Thank you for making it easy for me. I came to visit and spend time with my sick dad who is terminally ill. It was heavy coming home for that. But because of BEAUTIFUL STAFF AND WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATION it was all worth it. God bless you all and I am excited to see you all again soon.
