Spend your family Christmas at the Lake! The Christmas tree will be decorated with care, just bring presents and leave the holiday stress at home!

Escape to our charming Cedar Creek Lakehouse, where breathtaking views and direct water access await!

Relax and unwind on the sprawling 1000+ square foot wrap-around porch or in the large, shaded yard, ideal for a game of cornhole, a peaceful afternoon of fishing from the wall, or simply soaking in the serene lake atmosphere with your favorite book.

Over 140' of waterfront access is included with a dock and cleats to tie up your PWC or boats to. Also, a mooring buoy is provided just 20' off the concrete cap for anchoring up in the water or for attaching your favorite floats or Lily pad mats to.

As evening approaches, settle onto the back deck to witness spectacular Texas sunsets. Fire up the propane grill for a delicious meal, then gather around the fire pit under the stars, making s'mores and cherished memories with loved ones.

The new outdoor entertainment space includes Adirondacks, a Solo Stove firepit and a smart TV, so you can enjoy the outdoors without missing out on your favorite games or movie nights.

Parking is never an issue, with ample space for over 12 vehicles, plus your boat or jet ski trailer in the large circle drive.

Inside, the great room offers a 65" LED Smart TV with a DVD player, along with a variety of cards, games, and puzzles for all ages. Each of the three bedrooms also features a 55" smart TV, a definite bonus when traveling with kids!

We provide a wide array of life jackets and a large, comfortable hammock for ultimate relaxation. For our younger guests, a Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request.

Just a quick 30-minute drive to the famous First Monday Trade Days in Canton, our lakehouse is the perfect tranquil escape after a fantastic day of shopping!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this beautiful lake house! It truly felt like home away from home. There was literally everything we needed to cook and host a full Thanksgiving. The outdoor toys were a lot of fun, the view was beautiful and we had tons of outdoor space to run and play. The beds were so comfortable and the curtains throughout the house allowed for dark sleeping. The neighborhood was quiet and very accessible to town. We loved the fire pit and watching some football outside on the adirondack chairs. We would absolutely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time!Lots of room and house was just as described on listing. No complaints. Communication was wonderful answered all the questions that we had. The only thing I would suggest to future people who stay is to bring bug spray the mosquitoes are as big as flies and absolutely vicious! Hahahaa!!! I mean it did rain the first 4 days we were there! Would definitely stay here again in the future. :)

Beautiful, relaxing getaway!

Great three couple getaway close to Dallas. Three queen bed/bath suites and a well appointed kitchen. Our second stay was as good as we remembered! It feels like we’re far away from the big city, but only a short drive. Relaxing on the deck, listening to music overlooking the lake or playing board games was wonderful! Can’t wait for our fall retreat!

Great Stay and Home!

The home was even better in person than we expected. Communication was excellent with the owner. The view of the lake with outside seating was perfect. We are a picky group about cleanliness, but had no issues. Everything was really clean. It’s the perfect place for several couples. If you are going to Canton, it’s an easy drive there. Will definitely recommend to others!

Lake House Retreat

This property met our needs perfectly and was a comfortable place to stay. The property owners were accommodating for all of our needs. The property is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend people staying here and if I’m ever in the area again I will be sure to rent this property again.

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront home. Everything was even better than pictured or described. The home is beautifully decorated and well supplied. We loved having our coffee on the wrap around porch in the morning as we watched the sun rise! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was a welcome respite away from the city. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing lake house!!

The lake house was perfect, clean, huge yard, and has everything needed to enjoy your stay! The lake house is even better than pictures and the hosts are great. Lots of room inside and outside with plenty of comfortable beds. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Awesome getaway!

This spacious, comfortable and well appointed home was the best yet for our annual getaway with friends. The wrap around deck doubles the living and eating areas. The lot is well shaded and we had a great time playing board games on the deck and corn hole in the yard. We ended our second night around the fire pit making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather and conversation. Can’t wait to return with friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful vacation home.

This home had everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was large enough for several cooks. The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. The patio was beautiful with so much space. So many things there for fun that we did not have time to do everything. My only complaint was that one bedroom was outside. Other than that everything else was fabulous.

I believe this is the 4th time we have rented this house. We always have a great time. The house if fully stocked with everything that you need or may have forgot. Great location of the house, very convenient to get to nearby grocery stores. The property manager is great to work with.

Beautiful property with huge lawn that our whole family enjoyed. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of beach towels and life jackets. Owners were great with communication. We tied our boat up to their dock - excellent location on the lake. Walmart was close by and easy to make a quick grocery run. Wish we owned this property ourselves! Wonderful !

Awesome lake house

What a wonderful property. The pictures depict it perfectly. The beds are all comfortable and the bedrooms each have their own bath so this would be great for families sharing space. The kitchen is extremely nice. Everything you need to cook up wonderful dinners. The grill is top of the line. There's just nothing bad to say about this place. We had a minor plumbing issue late on Saturday, but I called the owner and he had a plumber there within an hour and the problem was fixed. Awesome, awesome, awesome. We will be back soon!
