Centrally located in Cedar Point just minutes from the Emerald Isle Bridge and less than 3 miles to Historic Downtown Swansboro this new construction townhome sleeps up to 6 people. A 10 minute drive over the Emerald Isle bridge will get you to the Western Beach Access of Emerald Isle.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in back porch; head out to Pogie`s Fishing & Kayak Center in Swansboro and fish from their pier or rent a kayak. Head to Cedar Point Tideland Trails for a morning hike or just head to the beach. When day is done, head back to your private fenced in back-yard and enjoy grilling your catch of the day.

This brand new, stylish beach townhome is located in the desirable Bridge Point Community. This luxurious getaway offers three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing plenty of space for you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mainland.

Large master bedroom on second level with walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms with a queen size bed and a full size bed. Full size washer & dryer available.

Star Hill Golf Course is up the road and is open to the public for both golf and for use of the swimming pool. Public access for the pool is $20 per guest. The owner`s of Gaffer`s Restaurant in Emerald Isle have just taken over the restaurant at the golf course `Birdies At Star Hill` and will be open to the public starting May 22, 2025.

Carteret County Speedway is less than 5 minutes away and the current racing season has begun. Hammock`s Beach State Park is just 10 minutes away and the ferry is up and running to Bear Island. You can also paddle out to the island via a kayak. Emerald Isle`s Western Access is about a 10 minute ride. From April 13th to September 15th you will need to pay to park. Cost is $4 per hour - not to exceed $16 a day.

Mac Daddy`s Entertainment Center is less than a mile from the property and offers dining, bowling, go-karts and mini golf. Great fun for the entire family.

Croatan National Park is also a short drive and offer`s hiking at the Cedar Point Tideland Trail - a 1.6 mile loop on the White Oak River. Also has a small boat launch for your kayak.

Cozy, Modern, Comfy

We had a good stay at this townhome for three nights. The kitchen is modern and had (almost) everything we needed. (More on that at the end) The bedrooms were comfortable, the naster was very nicely appointed with a large shower. We used the grill for cooking burgers and the host/company was responsive ahead of time ensuring there was a gas tank for us. Thanks! The reclining couches were so comfy—they saw a lot of use after long days on the beach. The 65” TV was perfect, used for watching F1 and sports etc. really appreciated that they have it setup for “guest mode” so it logged out of all apps after checkout. Wifi was fast and reliable, no issues at all. Location made it really easy to get to Emerald Isle Beach, which made our beach days a breeze. Just a short drive over the bridge, which is fun to do because #bridge. The reason for 4 stars is that the plates and bowls were not microwave safe which was quite inconvenient. If these were replaced that would have been perfect. All in all, a great spot, and I totally recommend it even with the plates and bowls as is.
