$6.29 destination fee charged for using expedia. This was not mentioned when ai called ahead to make sure pool was open. Would be 3 stars otherwise. Cons: - $6.29 "destination fee" for using expedia - less than 4 full towels at check in even though I asked to make sure. Staff did give me more when ai came back - elevator is loud and shaky - breakfast ends at 9am - toilet had to be fixed (and was never fulled fixed) due to loose handle - a little pricey for what you get Pros: - pool was warm hot tub got hot - room was clean, bed was ok - staff was friendly - breakfast was good (only 1 waffle maker) - good overall, there's a nearby McDonalds

When we first came to the hotel lobby was together, front desk lady was very kind. Heading to the room - the room itself was not the room I booked. We bought the king size with a pullout sofa bed with the two separate tvs. Instead, got the king size with one TV the pullout sofa, and it was the wheelchair accessible. Which we didn’t need could have saved it for someone who really needed it. Also, I did a dust swipe clean all the headboards. I don’t know I couldn’t even tell you when the last time they were even dusted TV was dusty even the air filters for the AC/heating unit we’re hated on with dust even when I worked as a housekeeper. I did that three times a week. Also, the extra bedding for the pullout sofa was used so we had to get new comforters and sheets. Pool- while we were swimming, somebody decided to add chlorine to the hot tub while Jets were on. So the smell of the chlorine was very pollen to the point me and my family had to leave the pool area. Breakfast- my kids enjoyed the waffles. Probably the only thing that was actually decent. Was the lobby in the breakfast.

The room was great and the staff were awesome. They are understaffed, though. The front desk person is also the shuttle driver. So you might call many times with no answer if they are out somewhere.
