The staff was so nice and we really enjoyed conversing with Barb every morning at breakfast. Our trip was over Christmas and we appreciated them all working to make our stay so great. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

When I arrived the front desk clerk insisted I only had one room reserved. My reservation clearly showed two rooms. She insisted I was wrong even though I showed her (Nadia) my Expedia reservation. The room we received had a shower that would not drain. I had standing water for my shower. Front desk was told.

Room okay. Front desk male staff was poorly dressed. Wrinkled white shirt. Half tucked in. Couldn't believe they chose not to have the bar open on Thanksgiving. In my opinion...once being in management at Hilton in Chicago.. If u have occupancy you offer full service. Bright lite was breakfast. Waitress was great.. Thanksgiving morning.. and the other waitress the following day. Went out of their way!!!

Very clean property and clean rooms. Area was safe and convenient. Close by food options Breakfast was not great for the amount you pay each night. Hilton needs to do better. The Hampton Inn breakfast is awesome & surpasses Hilton. No other issues. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

We were looking for a place that was quiet and we found it! Great place if in the Cedar Rapids area, it was only about a quick 10 minute drive to downtown.

This is a great property, very clean and quiet, friendly staff. The only negative that will prevent us from staying here in the future is the very poor water pressure in the shower. I wasn't able to wash my hair since the water pressure was barely sufficient to rinse soap off.
