Relax in this spacious and serene accommodation on the border of Brittany and Anjou. Discover Challain la Potherie with its peaceful waterways, its beautiful history and the exceptional quality of its heritage.



The tranquility of this cottage, the spaces of the house, the garden and the rural charm of the surroundings will allow families or small groups to find themselves in peace, far from the city.



​The house is composed of 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200) and an office space, the other 2 bedrooms each offer 2 single beds. The large living room will welcome all guests around a large table, you will also find a very comfortable corner sofa. A television and Wifi are accessible free of charge.



Its large bathroom provides you with an Italian shower adapted for people with reduced mobility, a bathtub and a vanity unit. The toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels provided.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, a hob (2 induction burners and 2 gas burners), an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal.



Parking is private, with several spaces located directly in front of the house.



Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
