On the main level, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, with direct access to a balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the dining area. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed and includes a hand-basin and shower, providing a convenient private space. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping arrangements are distributed across 3 additional rooms: 2 rooms are each fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while 1 room is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A full bathroom with bath and WC serves this floor. Both levels benefit from electric heating.
