The CHALET des REVES ***** (500 m² living space, 3 levels) is a large traditional village house that has been completely restored and renovated by its owners from 2019 to 2022 (3 years).
Located in an old hamlet - CHAMPAGNY - Le VILLARD DESSOUS - under the village church - the CHALET des REVES faces the nature of the Alps: a quiet mountain pasture on the front line, the Vanoise peaks on the horizon, COURCHEVEL and on water ski area diagonally to the SOUTH-WEST.Just 500 m from the village centre, where you'll find shops, the ESF and the gondola lift. A few metres from the municipal swimming pool, the free local shuttle bus stops (every 30 minutes in high season).

CHALET des RÊVES is built of carefully restored local stone. The NORTH facade reveals the old stone wall, which has been sandblasted. The other facades have been modernised with masterly glazed openings, balconies in the bedrooms and living room to the SOUTH, which catch the sun's rays...
