Southwind Townhome

We had an awesome time. This was our 26th annual trip to Seven Springs. For 8 years in a row we had rented the same townhome in Sunridge. The owner sold her unit last year so we had to find a new home to stay in. I am so happy we found a great replacement in Southwind. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. We were able to cook all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the ski out feature of the home being able to ski right off the deck. We were unhappy to find out that the Southwind ski lift was not working. When we booked the house in August is was listed as Ski in/Ski out. It was an easy walk back to the house. The first two days of our trip it snowed non stop. We certainly picked the right weekend! We hope to book the same time again next season!

Great property for a group reunion

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was clean and looked the same as the photos provided. Plenty of space for our group of 6 with room to spare. Perfect location in the resort area. The owner was easy to deal with and promptly answered any questions I had.

Great Location - but no bathtub use

All of the bathtubs (x3) had the drain plugs removed so they couldn’t be used. Assuming to save $20 in water bills which is ridiculous for a rental. We have a newborn and little kids so finding this out wasn’t fun and cheapens the experience. Otherwise, house was nice and clean. No issues with appliances or other things, everything worked as it should. Great location to literally ski in & out from back door. Just bring your own bathtub drain plugs if you intend to use.

Couple thoughts

We came in from out of town. The owner called me and gave some helpful hints about getting in the property. Using the alarm, etc Flashlight was key !! The place was very comfortable and fit 6 adults perfectly. It was cemtrally located too. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and other various kitchens items. I’d strongly suggest that the owner either provide small single soap bars in showers or a large container of body wash. Also non-perishable condiments like salt and pepper. Finally having a supply of some laundry soap would be a key thing. Thank you for letting us use your place. Trece Odonnell

Stayed in this great place for 2 nights to attend a corporate party at the lodge. The owner was communicative to the highest level. I will without doubt rent this property in the future, hopefully, with a 4 foot base of snow. LOL Great place!

Mountain Retreat

Very spacious 3 BR townhome. Location is perfect. Enjoyed the pool, alpine slide, hiking, etc. Owner Jim is easy to communicate with and accommodating. Loved our stay!

Great place for skiing and hiking. Bedroom fireplace didn’t work. It was pretty cold this time of year. Great location. Definitely in the most desirable area of Seven Springs.

Great property, great location

Beautiful property and very clean. Check in process a bit cumbersome with 10 digit entry code and alarm system. Is this necessary for rental guests? Also, several outlets including all I. The downstairs bathroom and multiple in the living room do not work. I am sure this is end of season and maybe not known by the owner yet, hopefully will be addressed for next guest!

Perfect Family Place. Perfect Ski in Ski out

Beautiful property in gated community. There was plenty of room for our whole family which included our children and grandchildren. Well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Walked out the back down the hill with a lift that brought us nearly right back to our doorstep. Jim, owner, was very communicative and answered all my questions and addressed any needs. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely return!

Beautiful cozy chalet

The neighborhood was both safe & beautiful. My friends & I went up for a fall weekend & loved the coziness of the home & it’s proximity to hiking trails & other sights. I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the winter!

Mid February ski trip

Location was great. The lower level game room was dungeon like and shouldnt be advertised as habitable until the room is updated. Should not be used as a sleeping area du to egress but could be made to feel more comfortable. Everything upstairs was good but it is getting a little dated. I understand that its a ski rental condo but for the premium cost to stay I expect it to receive regular updates and maintenance to give renters the feeling that they are staying in a 5 star lodge. Again the location was 5 star and we would stay here again.

Beautiful home on the slopes. Very well equip for all your needs. Excellent location on the mountain and just a few steps to ski in and ski out. You could not be any closer to the slopes. Working with the owner was very easy and simplified. Highly recommend if you are a skiier or boarder.

Summer weekend getaway

Warm, inviting, and perfectly located

The home was exactly what we needed for our adult ski trip. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to fit all 3 vehicles in the parking spaces of the home. The kitchen and living room provided space for us to share meals and conversation. The amazing ski-in/ski-out access made skiing so convenient. We walked off the back deck and right onto the trail.
