Stoneridge C15A has zero steps leading in and is one level, making it a great

choice for guests with mobility concerns. This standard-rated unit offers

internet access and sleeps eight. The living room features a flat-screen

TV/DVD, a queen sleeper sofa, and an electric fireplace (available for use

from November 15 to April 1). There's a fully functional kitchen, and the

dining room seats six, along with an extra dorm-size refrigerator and

microwave.



One bedroom includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bath, while the

other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a flat-screen TV/DVD. These rooms

share a second full bath. This unit is ski-in/ski-out with on-trail access,

weather permitting, and you can relax on the deck with a great view of the

mountain.



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer.



All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.



In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community

outdoor pools available on a per unit basis.



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.
