Welcome to our luxurious lake house retreat on Lake Palestine in East Texas! This stunning property offers 180 feet of direct waterfront access, situated on 1.5 acres of pure bliss. With 3100 square feet of space, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, this home provides ample room for relaxation and enjoyment.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an ambiance of elegance and comfort. The gourmet chef-style kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials, awaits your culinary creations. The pantry is thoughtfully equipped, and guests can indulge in popcorn, ice cream, shakes, smoothies, or a rejuvenating cup of coffee or espresso from the available bars.

For those seeking relaxation and wellness, our hot/cold tubs will cater to your needs. Unwind in the tranquility of our fire pit area and patio, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the range of water activities available. We provide kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, fishing poles, and a tackle box for guests to make the most of the picturesque lake. For a little extra fun, two jet skis and a 20’ Tahoe 195 deck boat are available for rent separately.

Family Get Away

Our family had an amazing time at the lake house. We enjoyed fishing and being outside with an evening fire.Owners are amazing and responsive when we notified them of a possible leak. They were willing to wait until our stay was over to eliminate ruining our time. We couldn’t allow that to happen as we wouldn’t want it to happen to our home. They brought out a company to clean up the carpets and took care of every thing. We still had an amazing time and our family is already looking for a week in the summer to go back!

Successful guys golf trip weekend

This place is AMAZING and the listing does not do it justice. My entire crew could not get over how nice the house is, how many amenities it had, and how much thought had gone into providing EVERYTHING you could think of. I have never been as impressed with a rental as this one and I hope we can book another stay there someday.

Great Place Right on The Water

This is a great location right on the lake.It was stocked with all kinds of amenites and extras.Large house with extra large kitchen, 2 sets of washer/dryers and comfortable beds. We were a wedding party of 15 and had plenty of room to spare. The owners were very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this house!

A PROPERTY WE WON’T FORGET!!

My family stayed at this lovely property for 4 nights and I do not believe I have ever stayed away from home and felt instantly at home. Even at other family members homes. This home had it all. The owners thought of everything. Literally do not have to bring anything but your cloths!! I am a person of detail and I tend to go above and beyond in my life and these owners are people after my own heart. If you want to do it they have it. If you want to try it, they have it. If you want to cook it, they have the appliance for it. The owners communication was beyond on point. Nice, courteous and did EXACTLY what they said they would do. If you stay here everyone will have plenty of space and amenities to do whatever your heart desires. There is no doubt the owners and the property were up to expectations. I only hope as guests my family was up to their expectations. I sincerely plan on staying there again!

Amazing!

Wow! This is one of the most well-appointed homes we’ve ever stayed in. There was nothing you could think of they didn’t provide! The location was absolutely beautiful and peaceful and perfect for a large family. We will definitely be back when it’s warmer to enjoy the lake!

Beautiful Lakefront Home

The lake home is the most stocked home we’ve ever stayed and all the gadgets and items available are just incredible! While we were the owners last renters before he sells the place, we are hopeful the new owner will keep renting as is and be as generous. Thank you for allowing us to experience your exceedingly generous nature and magnificent home and having a wonderful family weekend retreat at the lake.

Beautiful and peaceful

The communication with the owner is absolutely top notch! I don’t think it ever took longer than 5-10 minutes to get a reply before arriving and I asked a LOT of questions. The property itself is very clean (I am super picky) and the way the owner holds onto things so loosely was an incredible testimony to me. By that, I mean our comfort in use of their food items that we maybe forgot, the willingness to get extra gas for wave runners, volunteering of their time if we found we needed pizza dough lessons- and more! Just incredible generosity and thoughtfulness but never intrusive. The pizza oven was amazing and my son got so tickled his pizza finished right at the climax of the song “My Way” by Frank Sinatra which was playing over the excellent sound system! We waffled on the extra money for the wave runners but they were the highlight of the trip so we were VERY happy we opted to do that. The only thing I will say we were not aware of (but probably should have figured out from pictures) is there is a step down to den area and the dining is outside down two steps that do not have a railing. My father in law is limited in mobility and memory so forgot the step to den once (he tripped but didn’t go down as couch right there) and was unable to eat outside. He enjoyed one of the many barstools around the island inside. I could go on and on about the rest of the good- weight room, anyone?! rain showers, cooling beds, gadgets galore, etc. We had a family of 8 and had room

50th Celebration

The lake house was a perfect way for us to celebrate Mom & Dad’s 50th Anniversary! The house had everything AND more. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen as well as outside with the pizza oven and grill too. Everyone loved relaxing
.the favorite was the massage chair but the hot tub was nice also. We even rented from Grant his boat and SeaDoos for some fun on the water! We’d definitely come back for another visit!

Lake Palestine Paradise!

Absolutely amazing!! This property was a perfect family vacation at a lake front property! The hosts thought of everything, and provided so many extras. Everything easy and comfortable. We all slept so well in the comfy beds and rooms. We brought two jet skis, the boat house was easy to dock and use. We caught several catfish, jet skied, made s’mores, enjoyed family games outside on the back patio, enjoyed the hot tub and the gym! Only downside is the vacation ended 😊 Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

My family and I LOVED our stay here! We went fishing, tubing, kayaking, barbecued, and made some memories of a lifetime. They had everything you could think of and more, and Grant was a very accomodating host. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and hope to visit again!

WOW!

Wow, just wow! The extra amenities are too numerous to mention at this property and go above and beyond, so I will try and hit just the highlights. This property comes with a completely private dock, at which we were allowed to park both our boat and jet ski (lifts for both). This kitchen has more appliances, gadgets and pantry staples than I have ever seen in a vacation rental (we've been renting on VRBO for over 20yrs), but the highlight for us was the outdoor brick pizza oven. One of our hosts gave us an in-person tutorial on making pizza dough and sauce as well as how to heat up and properly use the pizza oven. It was a lot of fun and the pizza was outstanding! Another favorite appliance was the Breville espresso maker, which professionally steamed and frothed the milk to make the perfect Latte; plus there were flavored topping sauces, YUM! My 3 adult sons all have expensive gym memberships - the workout room at this property had everything they needed to continue their workouts plus offered a new dimension with a cold plunge tub. There were multiple large & plush bath & beach towels, room air purifiers, a commercial size soft pellet ice machine and there were extra toiletries in each bathroom. Grant, our host was not only extremely gracious with all the house amenities but was available anytime by phone call or text with any questions or concerns we had. These kinds of amenities and generosity are rare in this business so please be respectful and don't take advantage.

Beautiful Lakehouse retreat.

One of the best weekends ever! We were here for a soccer tournament, our family and friends really enjoyed the house and felt at home. The view was very appealing starting of with the lake being the first thing you see when you wake up . The beds were super comfortable same with the couch and outside porch furniture. Anything we could possibly think of needing was already included in the house such as food, hygiene products, drinks, towels blankets etc. Overall a beautiful calming experience . We will for sure be returning in the near future!
