The house is equipped with the latest and best whole house water filtration system providing the cleanest and safest water which includes water softener filter, charcoal filter, sediment filter, salt filter ultraviolet light filter combined with the same smaller system in each kitchen giving you the best water available.

We have added a new 600sq/ft outdoor patio with mountain and lake views complete with outdoor dining area, outdoor sofas with patio umbrellas and lounge chairs to sit out and enjoy the fantastic weather morning, noon or night on the roof top of the guest house. We have just added a brand-new flat grill BBQ on the back lower patio off the kitchen so you can enjoy amazing home cooked meals right off the grill.

We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us. Just for fun we have installed a Video game stick on the living room TV that has 20,000 of the best games for you to enjoy!

Place is lovely. Clean, friendly hosts, beautiful courtyard and easy parking right in front. Great space! Always felt safe, felt safe everywhere we went. Definitely recommend. The only downside is no air conditioning and during the day if we stopped or a few nights, it was pretty warm even with the fans.

This place is very clean and new. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable.We ended up only staying 1 of the 3 nights since the unit was too hot for us. There are only fans, no AC. We knew about this ahead of time, but were told that the unit is cool and AC is unneeded. Maybe for some, but not for us. It's strange because one of the other units in the compound does have AC. I would stay here again if they install AC.

Perfect location!

This is a great place to stay. I felt very safe and secure there and the location can't be beat. There's lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. within easy walking distance. And the couple who own the rental units were so kind and helpful.

Awesome Casita

Truly a beautiful and relaxing space. Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very hospitable and easy to work with. Located near several good restaurants, and easy to get to downtown Ajijic and downtown Chapala. Highly recommend.

Little Getaway

We were looking for a little comfy spot that we could stay at for 3 - 4 nites while our kids and grandson visited with my hubby's parents....the location was very close to their home, and all amenities super close by. Was a lovely spot, just as advertised and the owners, John and Sol were super hosts! Would definitely recommend for long or short stays!

Best Hosts ever!!!

Great hosts and just wonderful people. We can’t say enough great things about the stay. Do not look anywhere else. Stay with these guys. Very clean, Always hot water, great location with the real Lake Chapala experience. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will return very soon.

Fabulous!

We were so happy with our decision to stay at this perfect apartment in San Antonio. We didn’t miss the downtown area of Aijiic as this little neighborhood had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. We hope to stay again on our next getaway. The apartment was super clean and had every amenity that one would need. Love, love, loveâŁïž
