Lots of new updates including Ethan Allen microfiber sofa, Lazy-boy swivel recliner, new paint throughout, new bathroom vanity with blue pearl granite counter, patio chairs, all new curtains, bedding, pillows, etc. Clean, fresh new feel to entire villa!
Amenities: Large living room with 50 in. widescreen smart TV, DVD and XFinity highspeed WIFI and cable TV. Bedroom with king bed with memory foam mattress, armoire, all linens provided. Full dining room. Queen size Murphy Bed sleeps additional 2 people on 10 in. memory foam mattress. Fully appointed kitchen. custom tile walk in shower, hair dryer. Separate toilet room.
