This three bedroom, two bathroom unit with one assigned off street parking space offers a stylish blend of comfort, charm, and convenience in the heart of Charleston. The Blackberry Suite sits within a charming three story home that includes six private condos. It's a perfect choice for groups who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own suite. With inviting design and comfortable furnishings, the unit provides a peaceful home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06549 and business license BL034114.



Guest Access:

🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

We were in Charleston for a girl’s weekend. This place was perfect for our group of 5. It was walking distance to King St. the parking spaces are a bit narrow and depending on which designated space you have it might be a challenge. They do provide parking passes for on street parking. Rental company was very quick to respond to any communication. Overall this place was great and we would stay again if we return to the area.

We booked this condo for a 3 night stay. There was plenty of room for our party of 4. The place was clean, nice and cool (while it was warm outside), and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is ideally located. You can walk to the marina, King St, the Charleston City Market and Rainbow Row, to name just a few. The check in and out process was seamless, and we utilized the bag valet service that was recommeded when our check out time was much earlier than our flights out. Great property- highly recommend!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The amenities were good, and it was very clean. The location was great and within reasonable walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the parking situation. There are spots designated for each unit, but it is not enough room. We had to constantly work with the guests in other units to move vehicles. The parking spaces can only accommodate small vehicles and even that is tight. Luckily, all the guests were nice and friendly and worked together on the parking spaces, but this was a headache dealing with this every day.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The rental was very clean and well prepared with crisp fresh sheets in the bedrooms and plenty of towels. Both bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent. Any questions we had were answered promptly and concerns were handled immediately. The only things we feel future guests should be aware of are that the parking is very tight and can be a bit tricky and the unit is located on the second floor, which was not clearly indicated in the listing. It also would be helpful to have a few more places to hang towels or clothes in the bedrooms. Overall, though we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Photos were accurate and nice place in a nice location. Can definitely hear everything around you including those above and below. Shower in the hallway is small but can manage if you turn shower head to the farthest position. Otherwise you are constantly in the water zone. Need to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms because all the curtains are see through. Hard to sleep with sun beaming in every morning and no privacy at night. Felt like I needed to get changed in the dark. Parking is very tight but we worked it out and we read other reviews so we were prepared to maneuver a tight spot. Overall great stay and we enjoyed it. Great stay for the money!

Because of the poor parking situation, my coworker accidentally hit the bumper on one of the other patrons trying to get out for our appointment. There is no way that six cars can park in their six spots. Otherwise, the place was great.

We were four friends spending time together in Charleston. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The photos are accurate. We were able to easily get to all of our sites and locations. We mostly walked and used the free DASH bus service. The condo was clean, updated and quiet. The owners responded immediately and followed up to be sure that we were satisfied.

Great Location and Ideal Space

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for a downtown wedding weekend. We were able to walk to many things. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The property manager was very responsive when we weren't able to connect to WiFi.
